Brian's words echoed in their heads.

Just as Namjoon was going to ask more about their history, the kids came running from the house and jumped into the pool.

Seokjin walked over with Maria as they both shook their heads.

"We put sunscreen on them but the little shitheads didn't even let it dry before they ran out the house."

"That's ok, did Giovanna stay?"

"Yes. Seokjin showed us to a beautiful room, she stayed for nap time like big good girl." Nyala smiled as Maria answered her question.

"What were you guys talking about? Everyone seemed so invested in the conversation" Seokjin asked as he took a seat beside Taehyung.

Maria took a seat next to Vannozzo.

"Oh nothing really we were just talking about how we met."

"Oh I wanna know! Have you told the story yet?"

"Nope I was just getting started." Seokjin looked at over at Brian. He had a glint of mischief in his eyes.

"So, Aila and I were lovers. We meet at the end of 2012 and started to date in February 2013. We even moved in together right babe?" Brian looked over at Aila giving her a smirk. It was the same smirk she used to love back when they were together.

"Yeah we were together till 2019. That's when Brian met his soulmates. He was the last piece missing."

"Where did you guys meet?" Namjoon was curious.

"I met Vannozzo while we were in New York back in 2019. I didn't want to meet the rest of my soulmates but Aila encouraged me to. If it wasn't for her then I would have left New York without knowing the others."

The others didn't realize how important Aila had been until later. They all thank her deeply for convincing him to meet them.

"Then because of the exorbitant state I went back to spend some time with them to bond, but I came back to Aila after that. We officially got rid of our apartment April 2020."

"Yeah were y'all fucked one last time." Everyone's eyes bulged out at Vannozzo's words, "don't get me wrong, I would have done the same." The girls chuckled, except Aila, who sat there wondering why were they doing this.

"Is that true? But I thought you said you had met your soulmates?"

"I did Seokjin. I met them and got to spend time with them. There was no denying the attraction or the fact I had began to feel something, but I was still in love with Aila. So I made love to her one last time." He winked at Aila as she looked his way.

How could he be so fresh about this.

"Pshh, on the floor, on an air mattress," Van chuckled.

"Van you're just jealous I got her." Vannozzo only rolled his eyes and smiled. He loved to tease Aila as well.

"So after that we dated Aila. It was nice. She fits in with us. The dates were nice, we all seem to click once we got passed being sour at her for being with Brian"

"Wait you all dated?" Seokjin looked astonished and confused at Antônia's words. That's the first time he's heard of a group of soulmates dating someone else.

"Yeah that's how this conversation got started. I asked if you all had dated outside your soulmate bond."

Seokjin looked at Antônia, his wheels spinning.

It never occurred to any of them. However it wouldn't have been easy. It was hard to know who was their real friends and who wanted the fame that came with knowing BTS.

"I don't think we would have been able to date actually." Yoongi voiced out Seokjin's thoughts, "it's already hard to let people get close to us. We never know when someone is looking for the perks of knowing BTS."

"But have you guys met someone? Someone that just made you all stop and think?" Maria asked the group.

She saw how their bodies went ridged, eyes wondering not really looking at anything.

"Yeah we have actually. But dating that person didn't seem like an option." Aila's ears perked up at Seokjin's answer.

She was curious as to who caught the attention of such a talented group.

"So why didn't you guys stay together?"

"It was simple Jungkook. I met someone. We did have a good start to our relationship. It was weird at first cause I've never been with a women but it was really nice. I love them. But then I met Adrian."

"Adrian.... Is he your soulmate?" Jimin asked the question that had been bothering him all this time.

"I don't have a soulmate Jimin." Aila didn't want to tell them the truth but she didn't lie either.

She didn't have a soulmate.

"I met Adrian. Fell in love. Had our kids. It was an amazing part of my life and I wouldn't change anything about it."

They saw the sad distant look on her face as she talked about her husband. It hurt them to see her like that.

"But it wasn't meant to be. He met his soulmate and I didn't want him to choose between her and me. It was mutual. He still sees the kids and we keep in touch."

They had never met someone who didn't have a soulmate.

It was rare.

But not impossible.

It seem like their moods dropped with the new bit of information.

Aila deserve the world.

Everything.

Everything to be laid at her feet.

"Don't give me those faces. I've loved and I have my kids. Losing is just part of the process." Aila smiled at the group. They seemed genuinely sad for her.

"Say got any hot friends that you could introduce Aila to?"
