***italics means it's said in Korean***
"I really don't think we should watch those videos." Seokjin began as soon as Namjoon told him he finally got them from Aila, "Joon, tomorrow we leave for Seoul. What are those videos going to change? We are not soulmates anymore."
"Hyung, how can you say that? Don't you feel anything for her?"
Seokjin scoffed at Yoongi's words.
"Of course you would defend her! You were the first to bond with her! Well guess what! I was fucking played with! And so were Taehyung and Jungkook! You would think we would be your priority and not some pussy you just met!"
"Seokjin! What... you can't say things like that man." Hoseok quickly defended Yoongi.
"He can say whatever he wants!" Taehyung raised his voice at Hoseok, "I understand what you mean Jin, those two have no idea since they weren't the guinea pigs for her experiments!" Taehyung's voice held venom towards the two soulmates that sat together in the room.
"I don't want to watch those videos. I want to go to Seoul and forget we met her and her kids."
"Jungkook.... You don't mean that." Jimin told Jungkook with a sad face, "those kids have no idea about what's going on."
Jungkook rolled his eyes and decided to keep his comment to himself. He didn't want to make the tension worse.
"Guys, we need to find out what happened." Namjoon softly told the group.
"No... YOU need to find out what happened. But guess what Joon! You will never know! Because we don't remember! It's all gone! The bonds are broken and we can't get them back! She's made her life! Made a family! Did you forget we are also getting ready to do the same! Our twin boys should be delivered any day now! AND instead of being attentive to their mother, we are in Busan!"
At Seokjin's words the room fell quiet.
"Exactly! Looks like the fact our boys are coming soon has been completely replaced by two other kids that have nothing to do with us! I don't want to see the videos. I want to go back to Seoul and forget we met her. I want us to be together with our babies."
Their twin boys.
How could they forget so easily?
"Jin, baby, I understand what you are saying but it's a lie you'll be able to forget about her. I know she hurt you. I see your pain. But we won't be able to forget her or those two beautiful kids we had the chance to met. We can't ignore this." Jimin voice was soft, full of love and understanding for his oldest husband.
"Then tell me how is she able to do it? How was she able to just go to places with us? How was she so cool about us meeting her kids? Meeting her? Did she not see the way we feel? How we are feeling? Why was it so easy for Adrian to talk to her but not us?" Seokjin said at the verge of crying.
Jimin quickly got up and sat on his lap, legs opened on Seokjin's so Jimin could hug his oldest lover.
"I don't know hyung. But I'm sorry. I'm sorry for not listening to what you have been telling us." Jimin hugged him tighter.
Seokjin felt his soul calm down at Jimin's words and his soft touch. He really needed this. The comfort and warmth.
"Fuck," Namjoon whispered to himself, feeling overwhelmed with everything.
"Does anyone know exactly what they want." Namjoon asked after Jimin untangled himself from Seokjin.
"If there's a way to be with her then I want it." Yoongi affirmed what the others had been thinking all along.
"Same." Followed Hoseok.
"I want to, I really do, but we don't have a chance. Our lives are have been separated and there's nothing to bring us together, not like what we had before." Taehyung voiced his opinion.
"I feel the same way. It's unrealistic to be able to have anything with her at this point." Namjoon agreed.
"Then why even watch the videos." Jungkook sounded tired. He was tired. His emotions kept changing, going back and forth between forgiven and holding onto the ugly he felt.
"I think we owe it to ourselves to at least know what happened. Don't you guys have the least amount of curiosity?! Her bonds broke to us? What did we do?!" Hoseok answered Jungkook.
"How do we know she didn't break them!? Has anyone thought of that? What if she broke the bonds in the end?" Taehyung asked.
His words rang in their ears, all six completely shook at the thought.
"None of you thought about it? After I read the report, I knew she could control the bond. Then why not break them as well? What if she didn't care about the consequences? What if we were just another experiment? What if, at the moment of holding or letting go, she chose to let us go? We all knew about the possibility at that point. The researchers told us bonds can break." Taehyung told his soulmates the thoughts that had been running through his mind for the last three days.
"That's....she couldn't have done that... she wouldn't have done that... right?" Yoongi wasn't really asking anyone, it was more like talking out loud, his heart breaking at the thought, at the notion Taehyung had began.
"Well we won't ever know... that's the thing! We won't ever know what happened, what we talked about, what was going through our minds! We won't ever know." Taehyung felt his emotions overwhelmed his body and mind.
"We could... we could try to speak to Sejin. He was the only one that's was there. He might be able to." Jimin added.
"Sejin is old! Too old! I wouldn't trust him! His memory is falling!"
"Tae, let's give it a try. Let's contact Sejin, talk to him. He's the only one that was there with us at the time of the research. Let's give him a try first."
