Aila sat at the end of the couch, farthest away from Sejin. She felt awkward and the way he kept glancing at her was making her nervous.

She had activated the real time interpretation on her chip, a floating clear screen she positioned over Sejin and whoever was sitting close to him.

The screen recognized the language and did a live interpretation to a single headphone she had on. However, it only recognized whoever was on the screen, so it would only translate Sejin, Namjoon, Seokjin, and Taehyung.

Jimin sat next to her and for some reason, his presence was nerve racking. She couldn't really concentrate on the words coming to her ear, however she didn't need to pay too much attention. Namjoon was explaining everything that happened after they met and how they figured out she was their soulmate.

She didn't know how to get her heart to not explode with Jimin being so close to her. Just what was it about this man?

She didn't know if it was the fact that it was Park Jimin sitting beside her, the world breaking artist, or Park Jimin, her once long forgotten soulmate making her feel so emotionally brittle.

"Are you ok?" Jimin soft voice reached her right ear. He turned slightly to face her. She looked away from the screen, her eyes scanning his face before nodding.

Without hesitation, Jimin reached over and grabbed her hand, lacing his fingers with hers. Aila felt her body jolt at the touch, yet he seemed unfazed by the act. She didn't think she had the strength to pull away. She just hoped he couldn't feel the pulsing of her heart on her hand.

Jimin felt his nerves settle with her touch. This was the feeling he gets when he needs comfort and one of his soulmates gives it to him. But then his nerves spiked up at the fact he was holding her hand.

He didn't know where the courage came from, but he was loving it. He was nervous and happy. He couldn't remember when was the last time holding someone's hand gave him butterflies. He couldn't remember the last time he felt like he had a crush, that thrill of just being around them.

How had they messed up being with each other this much? When it was so clear just how much they belong to each other?

"I guess it wasn't a good idea to ask her to tour with us. Life would have brought you eight together in the end." Sejin felt regret and guilt. He had eighteen years worth of it.

"Is that where we met?" Namjoon asked.

Aila focused, ignoring the warmth wrapped around her hand.

"Yes and no. It all started before. Way before. You seven wanted the fame, the recognition. You wanted to make everyone who ever said anything bad about any of you to swallow their words with your accomplishments, but the number one thing that drove you guys towards so much success, so much ambition was your last soulmate.....

You wanted the fame, the touring, the traveling to have the chance at meeting them. You wanted stadium tours to feel your last heart beat. It finally happened at the City Field Stadium concert. I remember like it was yesterday....

Namjoon and Yoongi were the first to felt it. The heartbeat. Then the rest followed. I was confused. The shocked faces you held turned into grins, tears and soon chatter and laughter broke out. Sung-deuk was going over last minute concert changes and you ignored him. Jimin was ready to get up and search but we couldn't let that happen. We reasoned and finally came to a conclusion I was going to look for them while you performed. Unfortunately, we couldn't get to them in time. Aila went into shock and passed out as soon as she laid eyes on the stage. She went into a panic attack. However, a few Army saw her collapse and called over a security guard who took her to a room. We figured this out because the video of her fainting trended on Twitter. We did all we could but she left before the end of the concert. I managed to find the security guard, look at the security cameras and we figured out what she looked like. That's all we had.....
