Ilsan was next.It was just as closed to Seoul as Gwacheon. The drive was nice and short.
Namjoon had planned to take them out to eat, walk around the shopping district, and of course, get to see Lake Park.
Lake Park was the first day. Aila's family got picked up around nine from their hotel room. They stopped to eat then drove to Lake Park. To Namjoon's advantage, there was a flower festival. The park was decorated with colorful flowers and beautiful trails all showcasing just how beautiful his home town was.
He felt a boost of confidence when he saw the look on everyone's faces as they arrive at the park, ready to go exploring. He was happy. His soulmates were happy too. The bond seem to feel light and airy.
They didn't want to admit it but it felt nice to do activities as a group, in public, during the day.
It was always a hassle when they did it before: the places got reserved or got reached out ahead of time, they were always surrounded by staff, their security, managers, cameras. It always felt like a job when they went out when they were younger.
They had given so much of their time to their careers that simple things like going to the movies felt foreign.
But now, going around the park, hand in hand with each other, laughing at the silly things the kids did, getting to know the other adults, felt like life.
It felt like they had finally started a life as regular humans.
By now, their fans knew about them visiting places. There had been an eruption on social media platforms, everyone talking about running into some of the group members at the amusement park.
Fans had come to their defense and told everyone to fuck off and just let them enjoy their time together. It had been a long time since all had gone out in public. The fans told everyone to stop snooping around wondering who they were with because it wasn't their business. Who the other women or men or kids absolutely had nothing to do with anyone else except BTS.
There was a lot less fans that came up to them during their visit to Lake Park. Most of them just waved and kept walking. They could still feel themselves be followed or filmed but that's ok. They understood their fans perspective.
The day ended as Namjoon took them to one of his favorite restaurants, that was still there, not demolished like Seokjin's.
It felt good. Namjoon couldn't resist the warm fuzzy feeling in his chest whenever he looked at his soulmates with the kids. He knew they were going to be great dads, the twins due in a month.
However, Namjoon was confused as to why he felt this way. They have nieces and nephews. They have spent time with everyone's respective families, visited when a new addition came to the family, yet this felt different.
He wasn't dumb but his brain couldn't interpret what his heart was telling him.
There was one time when he held onto Iletsi's hand as they walked a flowery path. She had come up to him, say nothing, smiled, then held his hand.
He felt his heart thump and a warmth take over his chest. Such a simple gesture made his heart feel full. The girl was a copy of her mother. Beautiful curls cascading to her back like her mother. Beautiful brown eyes and thick lips like her mother. Namjoon felt a connection to her and Kcire.
The boy was a sweet soul, always looking after his sister and mother. It made Namjoon feel proud at the young men.
He could feel love began to blossom in his chest for them two, the other six kids not too far behind.
And this was the confusing for him, because it wasn't just him but the others as well. He noticed how much the others spoiled the kids, sometimes even against the parents wishes.
He hoped his kids would give his soulmates the same feelings if not more when they finally became dads.
Maybe as time went by, he would be able to figure it out.

"Are you sure you can even stay up at this point?" Fernando wasn't trying to be funny.
It was nice his parents wanted to go out tonight.
"Nando, we are not that old." Vannozzo couldn't help but laugh at the genuine concern his son displayed.
It was currently ten p.m. and him and Brian were getting ready in the kids room. They had come back early than planned to their hotel room after everyone was tired from their second day in Ilsan. Everyone needed rest. Some took naps but the grown ups made plans to go out with BTS.
"I'm just saying, you guys go to sleep at nine. Can you stay up to go to a bar?"
"No Nando you got it wrong, it's a club remember. They are going to go out dancing and drinking and get back here to leave tomorrow for Gwangju." Jacob smirked as his fathers threw annoyed looks at him.
"Why can't you be like Kcire." Brian sighed and pointed towards the boy. He sat on the floor headphones on playing some type of portable game system. He didn't care his mom, aunts and uncles were getting ready to go out.
"Dad, Kcire still thinks Santa is real."
"Jacob, just let us get ready in peace. We are trying to look good for our ladies. We need to impress them." Both sons laughed at their dads. It was disgusting sometimes how much they loved each other.
However, they hoped to have a relationship like them with their own soulmates someday.
Brian can over and fixed Vannozzo's hair, making sure it was perfect.
"We could have taken care of the babies. I don't know why you hired a nanny."
"We hired a nanny because it's not your responsibility to look after Giovanna or Inaya. We appreciate you willing to take care of them though." Brian looked over at his boys.
They always offered to take care of their sisters. After all they were the oldest and the only boys, but they never wanted them to feel like second parents to the girls.
"How about you both just keep an eye on Arlet, Love and Iletsi." Vannozzo offered.
Both boys rolled their eyes.
"They are probably just going to talk about whoever that actor is they love and watch all his movies."
"Well I can't help you guys with that. Just keep an eye on them." They nodded their heads.
"Ok so do we look?"
Fernando, Jacob and Kcire looked at the two men in front of them. They looked handsome, ready to go out and impress their ladies.
"Good?"
All three gave them an approval nod, making their faces sprout out smiles.
"Our moms are going to drool over both of you."
