Brian was stunned, left speechless with no options.
He hadn't spoken about his conversation with Adrian, except to the ones present at the time of the call. His soulmates hadn't said anything either. They also had been left stunned.
He didn't know what to do.
Does he tell Aila? The kids? Or does he just wait for Adrian to show up?
What about the others? Would this hurt them in any way?
Brian felt angry at himself for his thoughts going out to the group. He can't believe he's getting attached to them. He swore to protect Aila from them and now life had brought them together, taunting him.
But this changes things.
Adrian was on his way to South Korea and knows where they are staying. Even if Brian hadn't told him where he was at, Adrian would have been able to figure it out since he can look up his kid's location at any given time.
So Brian didn't have another option but to tell Adrian by the time he gets to South Korea they would be in Daegu, Taehyung's and Yoongi's hometown, where he's going to be able to meet them. They would be staying in Daegu for three days.
The kids have loved visiting BTS hometowns, the admiration evident on their faces. And it pains Brian, it almost kills him, because he's made a bad image of them, but deep down he's starting to like them.
He just can't help it.
The way they act with his children, with Iletsi and Kcire is enough to melt the hate from all these years. Brian couldn't help his mind wonder to how much different things would have been. He knows there would have been so much love between all of them and having everything right in front of his face is a nasty game life was playing.
A taunting game.
A cruel game.
Because he sees the way those seven stare at Aila.
With longing.
Sometimes Brian swears he sees love reflected in their eyes. He doesn't know if they notice it, if they are aware of how their eyes follow Aila, their bodies almost orbiting, moving to her movements.
He doesn't know if it's possible that even after all these years, their broken bonds somehow still fit together.
And if they do then it's a cruel game destiny is playing.

*****italics means it's in Korean***
They had been antsy.
They contacted a private investigator since they couldn't find the hospital. They changed names a while back but with the investigators help, they manage to find it. The name change was the main reason they were told those records were not available anymore, something about getting lost in the transfer.
It took Namjoon to mentioned who he was and why he needed those records and somewhat of a threat with a lawyer for him to get treated with importance. The hospital chief had personally gotten a hold of their request and told tell them he would look into it to see what could be done.
It wasn't easy. Their records had been given specific instructions to stay locked away to the public, payed at an extremely high price to do so.
But now, finally, they were just waiting for the report to get back to them. The chief told them by today they should have it.
So they had been nervous.
Their hearts had been uncontrollable. They seemed to be jumpy, every sound coming to scare them somehow.
