Chapter Seventeen: Whoa!

Hey guys again I'm terrible for the late updating but I only finished my college work yesterday so I had to rush my typing and I had to spell and grammar check quickly so I hope you guys like it! Xx

Chapter Seventeen...

Selene's POV

After we entered the room he locked the door behind us, turning to reveal a goody smirk plastered on his face as he stalked towards me.

I felt a blush creep out onto my cheeks as they reddened immediately in response to his smirk that was directed towards me.

I felt self conscious realising that I was only wearing a revealing dress and that I wasn't covered by my usual attire of baggy jumpers, hats and baggy jeans that didn't allow my body or shape of her body to show.

I felt very self-conscious under his judging gaze, I realised that he hadn't known I was a girl, that he was my mate or really anything about me as we had just really only met.

Even considering our meeting a few days ago, he didn't really know me and vice-versa.

I let my gaze drop from his gorgeous eyes to the floor, however he seemed to notice the change of my gaze which in turn earned me a growl as he said "don't look away me my beautiful mate".

I wasn't sure if he was angry and mad at me for lying and deceiving him so I complied; even though I am an Alpha myself and have my own sense of pride, I looked back up his body slowly taking him in...

His dark shoes and suit trousers fit on his hips snugly, his white dress shirt and black tie fit him perfectly and gave him a different look from his usual bad ass biker boots and dark jeans and t-shirts that hung low on his waist which I imagine would leave his jeans hanging low on his hips showing his muscular chest.

My gaze continued upwards until I met his eyes that were pools of gold amidst emotions of lust and happiness.

He kept advancing towards me like a predator and I was his prey, I just found him sexy as he tauntingly moved towards me slowly.

As he met my knees that were hanging over the side of the bed as I was now sitting upright on the edge, he moved in between my legs and leant down to kiss me hungrily.

The swift action caught me off guard and I started to feel hot and cold and my body began to shake and convulse, suddenly there was jolt of searing pain raking throughout my body.

I was picked up and placed onto the centre of the bed by Blake, probably as he had no idea what was happening to me and neither did I, that was until I felt and heard my bones breaking and I instantly knew I was changing.

This is impossible I thought to myself as I knew I shouldn't be shifting until tomorrow as we shift the day after were born as we then get our Alpha powers so it's a celebration and tradition for it to happen with the pack as witnesses of our heritage and power.

"Blake!" I felt for him as my wolf was whimpering as we both needed his comfort. I eventually had my hand in Blake's as he joined our hands as I think he understood I needed his touch.

After a few moments when I could catch my breath again I called my parents.

My shift has began, I don't know why or how but please come to my room now!

I then turned to Blake and asked him "B-blake c-c-can y-you please u-unlock the d-door for my p-parents" at my request he stood up and unlocked the door just in time for my parents to come in with the pack doctor Melanie.

They immediately cane to my bedside as I heard my bones continue to break and crack while I wriggled and screamed on my bed in searing pain.

Before I could grasp the situation I was lifter from the bed by the bed sheet as my Mom, Dad, Blake and Melanie carried me out of my room to the garden as they didn't want to touch my body while going through transition.

"Lay her down gently... Here.....slower...ok perfect now all we can do is wait for it to stop" I could just hear Melanie giving orders and felt the cool breeze as I lay on the blanket placed on the ground.

I could feel my pack members surrounding me, I didn't mind as they are supposed to be at the ceremony when this happened tomorrow.

However I didn't realise how much more painful the process would be compared to when I first shifted.

As another wave of bones breaking and hot flushes appeared I fisted the sheets as I needed something to grab onto as I felt like I would break at any point.

I suddenly felt like a switch had been pressed as all of a sudden the pain stopped and I relaxed. I heard gasps and wow's throughout the crowd, I slowly opened my eyes to see a blue light above me from the Blue moon in the sky that I felt pulled towards.

All of the sudden I felt like I was being lifted by the air levitating as I was covered by a glowing bluish ray of light.

I could see water swishing around me like a tsunami swirling around me, then the water was replaced by fire swishing and flickering around me, then suddenly the fire is intensified by air blowing it and is then extinguished and I am covered a hurricane of wind and then I am brought back to the ground by vines that hold me up before slowly place me on the ground low enough so my wolf form could jump down.

As I landed on the ground I looked around and saw all of the shocked faces and I wandered why. Wasn't this normal, the ceremony? I decided to look at myself as I had yet to see my wolf.

Looking down I could see white fur with blue tint. It was lovely and glowing as I stood under the ray of the blue moons light.

I looked up to see where my head height reached and realised I was as tall as Blake if not taller from the distance between us I couldn't tell.

Damn this was awesome!

But for some reason everyone Blake and my parents included just kept staring and didn't say anything so I just stood there and eventually grew tired of their stares so I barked at them which seemed to knock them out of whatever trance they were in.

Blake's eyes again held mine as he was brought out of his trance only to be put into another one alongside me as our eyes were on each other's while he slowly walked up to me with his hand out and head slightly bowed to show my wolf he meant no harm.

She was ecstatic as we knew we didn't have to hide anymore, I could hear her in my head.....my wolf.......Tara....
