Flachback starts...
Emma and Five was sitting next to each other "Do you remember that, uh, little mansion just outside the city limits. Where we--" he asked as he gave Emma a cup of water in a silver goblet.
She nodded her head in respons as she took the drink "Yeah, I remember" she said and he let out a chuckled "Yeah, well, it turns out the wine cellar was untouched" he said "Was it?" she asked and he nodded "Yeah" he said "That sound good, we can take a glass tonight" she said "Yeah, I would love that" Five said.
Emma looked at Delores before looking at Five "Delores think you drink too much and so do I" Emma said "That's an exaggeration. I don't drink too much" Five said to his wife "You know, I work hard all day. I--" he said but he stopped himself when they both heard something.
"I heard it too" Emma said and Five grabbed his rifle while Emma grabbed her gun before they both turned towards the sound to see a woman with white hair, she was wearing a black dress, a gold bracelet, a little black hat, she had sunglasses on and was holding a black briefcase.
Emma and Five pointed their weapons at her as she waved at them with a smile.
Flashback ends...
Five woke up to see Luther sitting in front of him on a chair "Good you are awake" he said and he turned his body around to look at Emma who was sleeping peacefully on the bed.
While staring at her with loving eyes, Five lifted his hand before he removed a piece of her brown hair away from her face, he then leaned down before he lay a kiss on her cheek.
He pulled away before he put his hand on her belly and started stroking his thumb up and down.
Five didn't know what he will do if he lost Emma and the baby, they both mean too much to him. He will lose his mind if they both died.
Emma and Five kept each other going in the apocalypse, they kept each other's humanity alive and kept each other from going insane.
They both need each other and they could feel it.
"You really love her" Luther said and Five nodded "More than anything. She is my wife, my other half, my world, my happiness, the mother to my future child, my everything, I will do anything to protect her and our child. I don't know what I would do if I ever lost them. She has being by my side for 35 years" he said before he let out a chuckled "She went from a person I hate to someone that I can't image a life without her in it" he said before he took a deep breath.
"I thought love was just something idiots thought they felt, but this woman has a hold on my heart that I could not break, even if I wanted to and there have been times that I wanted to, it has been...overwhelming, and humbling...and even painful at times, but I could not stop loving her anymore than I could stop breathing. I am hopelessly...irretrievably in love with her, more than she knows" he said before he looked at her.
