Chapter Fourty-Four

Katherine POV

"Lando?" I ask. Looking around the room, he wasn't here. I look at the clock. 4am. Pulling myself out of bed, I make my way out of the room and over to the spare room, looking through the door and seeing Max and Lando.

"Max, that's not how you to it,"

"How else do I screw it in then?"

"Give it here," I open the door, the two men looking at me.

"What are you doing?"

"We are making the cot," Lando says.

"At 4 in the morning?"

"We couldn't sleep,"

"Actually, I could sleep," Max says, rolling his eyes.

"You were texting me before I suggested we did this," Lando says. "Anyway, we have less than a month till your due date, and we haven't got half the things ready in the nursery,"

"We have time, preferably when it's light out,"

"She's probably right," Max says

"Fine, we'll do it in the morning," Lando stands up from the floor and wraps his arms around my waist. "Let's get back to bed, baby," he walks us both back to our room.

Lando had spent all morning in the nursery with the help of Max. I could hear them arguing every half hour.

"I'm here to save you," Oscar says, walking into the living room.

"Did Lando invite you?" He nods.

"He invited me then when I agreed he said I could help with the nursery I think he's done that with most of them," he says sitting down next to me "but instead I am here to kidnap you,"

"Kidnap me," he nods.

"Me, Arthur, and Ollie thought we'd get you out of the house," he hears Max and Lando shouting "away from that,"

"I'm not going to say no to that," I say he stands up and helps me. "I'll let Lando know,"

"You're doing it wrong," Max says, shaking his head.

"Erm Lando," he looks up at me. "I'm going out,"

"What with who?"

"Oscar," he frowns

"I text him to help with the nursery, "

"I decided that Katherine needs more help than you two,"

"That's a lie. we don't know what we are doing," Max says.

"That's why we're here," Charles says, walking up behind me.

"We're leaving good luck," Oscar grabs my hand and leads me out of the apartment.

"I don't want to be in there with all of them,'

"Let's just hope we go back, and they are all in one piece,"

"There's the beautiful mother to be,' Arthur says, kissing my cheeks as I meet him.

"You're glowing," Ollie adds.

"Thank you," I sit down. "I can't wait till this pregnancy is over with," I laugh out.

"You've got what three weeks left?"

"Yeah, it's gone so quick,"

"You'll be getting married soon," Oscar says. "I still can't believe that you two actually got together."

"Doesn't seem real does it," ollie adds.

"Definitely not me, and Katherine would always plan to crash into him," Arthur speaks, causing us all to laugh.

I hiss as the baby kicks a little too hard.

"You okay?" I nod.

"Yeah their just active," they nod, and we order food. I had a pain in my stomach, but it wasn't too unbearable at the moment.

"You seem really uncomfortable," Ollie says.

"I've just got a pain, but I'm okay,"

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah," I get cut off as a shooting pain hits me. I looked at Oscar, but he was looking down. "What is it?"

"Arthur, go get the car," he says. "Ollie tries to ring one of the guys," he nods

"Oscar,"

"Your waters just broke," I looked down, seeing a puddle on the floor I hadn't even noticed.

"Guess I know where the pain was coming from,"

"OK, let's get you up," he helps me up my hand, resting in my bump as Arthur pulls up rushing out of the car and helping me into the backseat.

"They aren't answering," Ollie says, sitting up front as Oscar holds my hand, the contractions starting.

"What do you mean they aren't answering," Oscar says, "Ring them again," he says. I squeeze his hand.

"Shit," Ollie says. Arthur parks up and rushes round again, helping me into he hospital.

"You go to Landos and get him here,' Oscar says, and Arthur runs out.

"How can I help,"

"Hi, my friends water broke," the nurse nods.

"How far along are contractions?" Oscar pulls out his phone.

"Last time I checked about 9 minutes," she helped me into a wheelchair and led us into a room.

Third POV

"Ollie, have they not answered yet?"

"No, I've tried all of them," the British man says, causing Arthur to swear.

They pull up to the apartment block, and Arthur doesn't hesitate to run up the stairs he flies into the apartment, the boys looking up in shock.

"What the hell, man," Lando says. "You nearly broke the door,"

"What the fuck," Arthur says "why aren't any of you answering your phone,"

"We were busy," Charles says looking at his phone "whys ollie called me that many times,"

"He rang all of you," Arthur turns to Lando as the others ask why "Katherine's water broke we took her to the hospital she's with Oscar," Lando drops everything grabbing his keys the others following him.
