Kirishima carried Kaminari all the way to the hill covered in stones. He placed the blonde on the ground and found that the Beta was much lighter than he was before. The redhead kept the list of things he needed for the potion close incase he spotted something he needed.
Some items were easy to come by, but those that were harder to find were for weird reasons. The only items he needed was the finger of a changeling and the cotton picked by a pixie. Kirishima wondered if he could find those things before his greenette returned.
The wizard groaned and turned over in his sleep and the redhead looked over at him with concern. His pale complexion was getting worst by the minute, his nose was beginning to turn a cherry pink. The Alpha couldn't stand it anymore, the Beta had been out of commission for that last few days.
The redhead stood up looked at his list again, there had to be a way to find the items that Denki needed.
Kirishima took the opertunity to use his witches glass and wondered if this thing could help him track down his ingredients. He asked the device to show him the location of the closest patch of cotton picked by a pixie. Surprisingly the whirlpool twirled and spun before an illuminated orb hovered in front of his face.
The Alpha bit his lip before following the little ball of light towards the greener part of the dead land. This location had few trees but mostly just dead grass and sand. Kirishima followed the orb without question and when it stopped over a purple flower the Alpha was confused.
The purple flower was hollow and inside it was stuffed to the brim with a soft white substance. Kiri thought that this cotton what softer than regular cotton and instead felt more like silk that could be dissolved easily. He picked the purple flower and tucked it under his arm. However, when he asked the witches glass where he could find the finger of a changeling but the device didn't even glow.
"Hm, maybe there is none close by," the redhead thought outloud. He returned to Denki and kneeled next to him brushing his hair away from his face.
"Don't worry, we'll get you all fixed up," he promised and the blonde whimpered in his sleep. Kirishima sighed as he sat next to the blonde, his mind racing. He couldn't tell how long he sat there, Kaminari only murmured in his sleep. Wincing as if he was under attack by his own thoughts.
"Hang in there," Kiri encouraged softly before pulling the blonde in his lap to hold him. His skin was ice cold, some of it even turned purple from the long exposure to the elements.
"My bag," Denki muttered and the redhead just assumed it was him talking in his sleep. That is until he noticed golden yellow eyes lock with his and the redhead held his breath.
"Kami?" Kiri whispered and the blonde pointed to his wizard's bad he had taken with him from home.
"My. Bag," he whispered again and the redhead practically leaped to his feet to retrieve it. Kami dug around blindly into the bag and pulled out a pink looking tablet. Kirishima just watched as the blonde crushed it between his teeth then spit the powder into a vile. He shook it slightly and the powder started to turn into a pinky liquid.
"Mix this," Denki stated weakly and the redhead did as he was told. He mixed the liquid with the cotton picked by a pixie, as well as the other ingredients he had gathered. The poet shook the cocktail together well, and when the blonde motioned for him to hand over the vile he didn't hesitate. Kaminari smelt the concoction and look satisfied with the results.
"This will do for now," Kami mentioned before putting a cork on the top of the bottle. His breath was getting shallow as he let out a nasty cough.
"Now we wait," the wizard looked up to the sky to watch the clouds but he redhead was baffled.
