The castle was filled by the sound of painful moans coming from the dungeons, Shigaraki and Dr. Kyudai Garaki stood in front of several test tubes and a wooden cut table. Before the dungeons were deserted, a lot had changed. Where the cells were giant glass tanks filled with some liquid substance stationed next to them. These tanks were filled with bodies, most of them slowly morphing and changing.

"Doctor," the King kissed as he got closer to a tank with a weird creatures inside.

"How much longer do they need, I need that Omega eliminated as soon as possible," the King insisted but the Doctor was patient. He stroked his large greying mustache and talked to him with enthusiasm in his voice.

"Patience dear boy, the advanced Nomu just need a few more weeks and then they'll ready. They'll be able to wipe out your enemies faster than you could say quirkless," the doctor said and the King just snapped his jaws in frustration.

"I don't care about my enemies, the Midoriya boy poses a threat to my throne and if he's not destroyed he will come to take it back. He must die before the next full moon, if not I will have to resort to more... deadly tactics." Shigaraki gritted his teeth before turning away from the tanks and walked to the wooden table. It held some black eyes from giant beetles and the tongues of spotted lizards. Shigaraki crushed those two things into a bowl then used the knife on the table to cut open his hand. Squeezing blood into the bowl the King didn't stop until the container was half way full of his gore.

He muttered some words under his breath as he swirled the contents in the bowl before a whisper filled the room, Shigaraki said something in a language that the doctor couldn't understand. It sounded like Dwarfish but he didn't say anything.

Suddenly the dungeon steps lit up and Inko's sweet face peered around the corner, her belly barely swollen with the King's baby. As soon as the doctor noticed the greenette women he ushered her closer and she didn't fight it. She stepped closer and the man gently took her hands to help her sit down.

"How are you feeling my dear?" Inko just hugged herself with her arms before whimpering in a soft voice.

"I'm okay, the morning sickness is a bit unbearable," the doctor nodded then looked at her belly with delight.

"It's all worth it in the end, a new bundle of joy to bring home," Inko flinched. It wasn't home. It was a prison. The queen wasn't naive, she knew all that was going down but she didn't have a clue on how to stop it. Izuku, her sweet Omegan son was gone and she was stuck with a sick and twisted King.

"Yes, most definitely," she agreed but it was all a front. She was scared. The bounty placed on her son was put in place because of her, though she knew Shigaraki would use that to his advantage.

"So what brings you down into my lair my queen?" the doctor asked politely and the greenette twisted a piece of her hair around her fingers.

"My tonic?" She reminded him and he placed a large hand on his forehead.

"Oh yes yes, I meant to bring it to you. It's almost done my lady, I'll send a maid up with it when it's done," Inko nodded then stood, taking in a mental image of the creature in the tank.

"Alright," she ended the conversation and turned to the stairs. Shigaraki hadn't looked at her the whole time, it was as if she was just a baby making machine with no feelings or needs. I guess that's what she was now. The King tilted his head then called out to the queen with a threatening tone.

"I don't want you back down here, next time send the servants," the King bristled and the Queen bowed respectfully.

"Yes my lord," she then walked up the stairs and headed to her private library. She had been going there more often then to her quarters, it was just too stuffy in there. Inko liked to surround herself with what her son loved the most which were stories. When she went into the library she would always take the time to write to Izuku, knowing he would never get them. Oh how she missed him.

A guard stood at the door but Inko didn't bother to look at them as she reached the library, she sat at her desk and took out paper, a feather, and ink. Her words just started to bleed on the paper, her thoughts and emotions and even her tears landed on that page. When she was done she folded it up and hid it behind the books on the shelves. She covered her mouth as she produced a sob, her eyes closed as her belly heaved from the crying. Tears split down her face as she sat and pressed a protective hand on her stomach.

No matter who produced the heir it was still her child, he or she had her blood and that was enough. The fetus had no control over what was happening and thus was innocent. But Inko couldn't understand how any of this happened, she sobbed harder until a hand touched her shoulder. She gasped and twisted her head to see who had disturbed her. A young guard not much older than Izuku with split red and white hair looked down on her with his mismatched eyes. Inko wiped her face of her tears and gulped down her cries.

"Hello, what can I do for you?" She spoke with kindness and Todoroki gave her a blink as he leaned down to her level.

"Your majesty, I have an important message from the Kingdom to the North. You must come with me," he held out his hand and Inko just looked at it with interest.

"But I don't handle over-border affairs, you must speak with the King about the matter," she mentioned and the guard just looked at her.

"Please, my Queen, trust me. You'll want to hear this," Inko squinted her eyes but found no sign that the guard meant any harm. She would've sensed it with her pregnancy heightening her senses. Hesitantly she grasped the guards hand and he hauled her to her feet, careful of her belly. He retreated down the hall and up the stairs where her highness quarters were.

He opened the large golden door for her and they both slipped inside. Todoroki knew he only had moments before the King would be back and then it would be too late.

The duel-eyed guard pulled a paper stamped with the royal seal out from his armor, his gloved hand passing it over with care. He eyed the fireplace in the corner and slipped past her to light it.

"Izuku?" The Queen asked and Todoroki hushed her silently with one finger.

"Burn it when you're done," he stated before turning on his heels and walking out. Inko held the paper close to her, afraid to open it and read its contents. But the Queen took in a breath and broke the seal, reading the words with a smile before it dropped. Her eyes were scanning the paper, reading it over and over before pulling it away from her face.

"What are you up to son?" She whispered. Then like fate, footsteps alerted her that the King had returned.  Panicked the Queen tossed the note into the fire and watched it burn up as the King walked inside. His usual scowl greeted her as she stood in front of the fire with her hands on her belly.

"Evening," he snorted before walking into the balcony. Inko bowed her head in respect before leaving the King to his own mind. When she stepped out Todoroki was standing there, keeping watch. When he locked eyes with her he knew she had done what he said and his shoulders relaxed ever so slightly.

"You are in contact?" She asked plainly to avoid Shigaraki overhearing. The guard nodded his head and Inko straightened up as her eyes hardened.

"Come with me," she motioned for the guard to follow and Todoroki did as he was told. The guard matching her pace so he didn't run her down as she lead him back to the library. Inko walked to her special place and removed a book then a box. She wiped the top and blew the dust off of it.

"These are for my son, make sure he gets them," she insisted and Todoroki went to object knowing it was nearly impossible to get that note from Izuku in the first place. However, the Queen's eyes told him not to argue as he received the box from her.

"Tell him his mother is expecting word from him in less than a moon," the guard nodded his head while his face stayed neutral.

"It will be done my Queen."
