Chapter 75

Third Person's POV

"Jungkook, get up!"
Jungkook woke up at the sound of loud banging at his door, a muffled yet a loud voice coming from the other side.

Jungkook opened his eyes and checked the digital wall clock, only to see it was six in the morning. He looked at his side and saw Taehyung snuggling in his tattoed arm, his bandaged wrist wrapped around Jungkook's chest.
Jungkook smiled at the sleeping male beside him and pecked his forehead before getting up from the bed, making sure to cover the other properly.

He walked upto the door and opened it, only to see an angry Seokjin standing there, hands folded over his chest and glaring at Jungkook.
"Where the hell is Tae-" Before Seokjin could finish shouting, Jungkook quickly shushed him and closed the door behind him.

"Don't shout like that, Taehyung is sleeping." Jungkook said as he rubbed his eyes.

"Jungkook, you and your boyfriend won't get any sleep now because you two have to go to the club for a meeting and that too with your mother, sharp at 8 am." Seokjin said with a sarcastic smile.

"What do you mean? For what?" Jungkook frowned at the mention of his mother. He didn't want to face her after their talk about taking away Jungkook's career.

"Go check your inbox. Though I'm sure your phone and socials are already flooded with messages and tweets so I'll send it again to you. Take your time and carefully read the article. Just so you know, no team member is against your relationship and everyone supports you two and moreover you two are free to date as well, so don't worry about that." Seokjin sighed out as he explained everything. His own phone continuously vibrating from all the calls and messages he has been receiving since the moment he woke up.

"Others know as well?" Jungkook frowned.
"Everyone knows, Jungkook." Seokjin said before walking away.

Jungkook walked inside his room and locked the door before walking upto his bed and plucking his phone out of the charger. He climbed up beside Taehyung and sat comfortably, his back resting on the headboard and his left hand carding through Taehyung's now black locks.

Jungkook quickly muted his phone when he saw thousands of notifications popping up.
After about a minute, he finally opened his iMessage and clicked on the link to see what article Jin was talking about.

Jungkook scoffed as he read the article cover, already assuming what was written in it.
Those media people who were loitering around the unit yesterday must've caught them kissing and of course published them.

Jungkook sighed as he read the full article. He wasn't offended by the article if being honest, he just didn't like the mention of Taehyung's ex again, that was very unnecessary.

Jungkook switched off his phone and looked at Taehyung who was in his own world, a small pout resting on his lips, and sleeping soundly. Jungkook's lips automatically turned into a smile when he noticed Taehyung sighing in his sleep as his fingers massaged his scalp.

He decided to talk to Taehyung once he wakes up, he was more than okay to reveal their relationship, he knows he can handle everything with Taehyung by his side, and he also knows Taehyung wouldn't mind being official as well. So, he didn't care about the stupid article and just slipped under the comforter and pulled Taehyung closer to him, not before setting an alarm at 7.

Sorry but I really wanted to update this today and I wish I could add more but I'm really tired so I'll sleep now. My exams are finally over and I can breathe freely and I don't have to survive on two hours sleep anymore:')

I swear his voice is the most soothing one I've ever heard. Whenever I felt like I couldn't concentrate on my studies I just played Layover on Spotify and it calmed me so well.
