A/N: Below are the things listed down from the pictures I found on Pinterest, and I've copied the description to give credit to the original owners. I strongly advise against reading any +18 labels if you are below the age of 18 since they contain mature adult themes.

Also, forget it! I've been holding back on publishing this book for quite some time due to my fear that it might disrupt my busy schedule, but it seems like it hasn't. Lol.

3rd POV

Long ago, during the sixteenth century, a rigid social hierarchy governed the lives of kings, nobles, knights, and peasants. This hierarchy was divided into three distinct tiers: the upper, middle, and lower levels. Authority and responsibility flowed from the top to the bottom, with those at higher levels wielding more power.

This was an era where opulence reigned supreme, with the wealthy perched at the pinnacle of society, enjoying lives of extravagance. Nobles indulged their desires, lavishly spending on everything from precious jewels to elegant attire. In stark contrast, peasants languished far below in the hierarchy, struggling relentlessly to make ends meet, no matter how hard they toiled.

In this epoch, nobles held sway as the true victors. They played a pivotal role in overseeing and governing individual lands within the lavish kingdom of "Helios." This realm was believed to have been bestowed with blessings from the sun god, and its royalty was revered as "the sun," a divine gift from their god. The arrival of the first day of summer marked the coronation of a new king ascending to the throne.

Despite the tragic circumstances unfolding, the citizens of the Kingdom of Helios reveled in celebration. Amidst lively chatter and resounding praise that filled the air, many believed it to be a day of boundless joy. However, appearances could be deceiving...

Somewhere within the kingdom of Helios, deep within the town square where crowds of civilians had gathered to witness a procession of carriages, a mysterious figure emerged from the shadows. This enigmatic individual was a woman with curly black hair as dark as the night. While half of her face remained concealed, her cherry-red lips curved into a sly grin.

A gust of wind swept through the square, causing her dark hood to billow and reveal her identity. Her eyes, a mesmerizing shade of dark purple, sparkled like precious gems in the radiant sunlight. As the wind caressed her face, her dark, curly lashes fluttered delicately.

Amidst the bustling crowd, she made her way out, humming a melodious tune. In her left hand, she clutched an emerald brooch, recently acquired from a noble as "payment." Her path led her through a dimly lit alleyway where beggars lay in slumber. The wind carried aged, brown papers, rustling as they flew past her, until one caught her attention in the distance.

"Well, well, well... what have we here~?"

She walked towards a wall papered with bulletins featuring wanted criminals, and her laughter echoed with wicked delight. Not content with just one, she ripped down many of her own wanted posters, creating layers upon layers of discarded paper. Her sharp nails tore through the sheets, and she clutched the torn remnants as a purple aura surrounded her, disintegrating the paper into nothingness.

In her world, a stark division separated people and monsters. Those who deviated from humanity's norm were castigated as nothing but monsters. She, however, paid little heed to this division, for her struggles to fit in as a "human" were not her concern.

This was an era steeped in witch hunts, a time when those with supernatural abilities faced persecution under the guise of witchcraft. It was believed that humanity could not tolerate such perceived malevolence, and thus, they sought to suppress it with the aid of warriors. After decades of relentless hunting, only a handful of witches remained, and she was among the few.
