(A/N: The timeline of this story is going to be a bit all over the place. This is when the group still lived at the house in Houston, but in present times if that makes sense. Also Yumi hasn't produce his new album yet, he will later on in the story but as of right now he doesn't have any of his own songs.)

—————————\__________/—————————

The events of struggling to find a place to stay came and gone on Monday. It was now Thursday and I was furiously trying to pack my things. Nick said I could move in now rather than later and I agreed.

Nick was going to be here in an hour and I barely had my clothes packed. Everything else was still scattered around my apartment.

I decided to start tackling my pc set up. I turned off the pc and began unplugging the cords and putting them away neatly in a cardboard box. Once everything was packed up I sighed. At least that part was done.

Knocking brought me out of my thoughts. I quickly made my way to the front door and was greeted by my best friend.

"Nick!"

I exclaimed and wrapped my arms around his waist tightly. He returned the hug with a quick kiss to the top of my head. It made me blush but I shook my head and stepped back.

"It's so nice to finally meet you."

He smiled in return. "I know! We've been friends for so long and never met in person before, this is crazy."

We stared at each other with wide grins. This was surreal, never did I think this day would come. Blinking, I realized we were just standing in the doorway awkwardly so I moved out of the way and invited Nick inside my apartment.

One he was inside he looked around with a frown. I narrowed my eyes in confusion.

"What?"

He turned to look at me and chuckled softly.

"Have you even started to pack?"

My face grew red as I looked away and hurriedly led him to my room. I swung my arm to show off my progress.

"That's it? At this point you might as well just leave all your furniture."

Nick then began to grab the boxes I had stacked against a wall. I followed suit and he lead me to his car that was parked fairly close. Once we started, we didn't stop. Going back and forth from my apartment to his car, loading up what we could fit inside it. This meant all the boxes and bags with my clothes and blankets. Some of my stuffed animals made their way in the car and Nick didn't waste no time in teasing me about them.

"Aww you really have stuffed animals? Do you sleep with them like a little kid?"

He reached into a box and pulled out a red panda plushie. He used one of its arms and had it reaching out towards me.

"May I have this dance?"

My embarrassment dissolved as a giggle escaped my lips.

"Yes you may, Sir Travis."

"His name is Travis?!"

Nick grinned widely as I took the red panda's paw into my own hand. We began to sway side to side awkwardly, the song playing in the back ground didn't match the vibe at all.

"What song is this?" I asked letting go of the plushie.

Nick placed it back in the box and looked back at me with a pout.

"You don't know this song? Ouch, I thought we were friends."

I rolled my eyes and focused more on the song that was playing, it was actually really good. There was a voice that sounded familiar but I couldn't figure out how.

"Some friends and I made this song, and a bunch of others... seriously (Y/n), do you even watch my videos?" Nick began to explain but towards the end of his sentence his voice got high pitched and whiny.

"I'm.. sorry..." I said quietly, I've been too busy to keep on top of watching his videos all the time. I felt bad. "Um, what's this song called?"

"Hit me."

Hm, okay. I nodded and turned around to head back to my apartment. "Can we listen to all your albums on the way to your place?"

Nick seemed to perk up at this and he placed his hands on my shoulders.

"Hell yeah! You'll really like the songs, majority of them are stupid and were made as a joke but they're still good if I do say so myself."

I laughed as we made it back to my apartment. He explained to me that he got a U-haul to move my bigger items like my lamps and desk. I decided to leave the couch, table, bed, and chairs because Nick already had everything back at his place. Or so he says.

"Who's going to drive the truck?" I asked, no way was I going to drive it. Those trucks are so big and awkward to drive.

"Oh Larry said he could, he really wanted to meet you."

I furrowed my eye brows. Larry? Who's that? Nick didn't seem to notice my confusion as he gathered more of my belongings. This time it was my bathroom essentials and silverware.

"Hey Nick.. who's Larry?"

Nick stopped what he was doing and looked at me looking more confused than I felt.

"He's one of my friends, one of the ones who lives at the house with me."

"What?!?"

Nick stepped back in bewilderment. That's when the look of realization dawned on him. He looked lost for words before he ran a hand through his hair.

"I guess I forgot to mention I share a house with other friends of mine."

I sighed and rolled my eyes. "You guess? Oh my god Nick that's like the first thing you tell someone who's moving in with you."

Nick frowned, his shoulders sagged and he looked away. "I know, I'm really sorry (Y/n), I assumed you knew from watching my vlogs.. I understand if you don't want to move in anymore."

I pressed my lips firmly against each other as I looked at him. I was ready to find somewhere else to live but I realized Nick was my only option. Maybe it won't be so bad.

"I'm not changing my mind.. I still want to move in with you." I paused once Nick looked back at me. "Do your friends even know I'm moving in? And how many friends are we talking about?"

His smile filled his face and he went back to packing the last of my plates and cups. "Only four other guys, and yes they know about you."

I nodded and began helping him carry out the last of the boxes in my apartment. "So.. Larry.. you said he wants to meet me?"

Nick nodded with a goofy smile. "He's very excited to see you. He loves meeting new people."

This caused me to smile back. Hopefully I made the right decision.
