Tears rushed out of her eyes. She didn't know if it was because of her hormones or if reality started to kick in. Mina saw the legs of the girl come out the hole and land on the ground just fine as if she had done it 20 times.

As soon as they were all out and safe, law enforcement rushed into the house. Mina looked around for her daughters, and she saw who's arms they were in. Heejin was in the arms of her dad, Mina felt her tears fall harder. Ryujin in Jeongyeon's arms being comforted, and lastly Yuna, Tzuyu, she was the only girl tall enough to reach Yuna from the hole safely.

"Mina are you okay? I missed you so much. I was worried I'd never get to hold my baby sister again." Kai's voice brought Mina back to reality. She was safe. Mina nodded, she forgot she was able to speak with no restrictions. She didn't have to be silent, she didn't have to speak only when spoken to anymore.

"You missed so much Minari. The triplets are walking! Yui started 1st grade, she took many pictures for you. And even I can notice, I've missed a lot of their milestones, hm?" Kai spoke to Mina as she looked over at the three girls.

"You did good Mina. They look healthy and perfect." 

That was all Mina needed to hear. She would've collapsed if she wasn't in her brother's arms. They were taken to a hotel where they could rest. The time was 7:23pm on a Wednesday. They were in the month of April, Mina had to be nearing a due date, she has 7 positive pregnancy test.

Mina looked at her body in the hotel mirror, she was bruised in areas, and scares left past beatings. Yuna and Mina were about to take a shower, when there was a knock on the door. Mina hesitated at first, but she remembered she's safe now. She quickly put her clothes on and headed to the door.

Mina looked through the peephole and saw the person she knew she was going to have to face sooner or later. "Can I come in? I..I really want to see the girls. I'm desperate to hold Heejin, please Mina." Mina just nodded and opened the door for Chaeyoung to come in. The younger seemed nervous.

Mina wasn't going to not let Chaeyoung see her own daughter, what kind of person would Mina be if she let their relationship worsen? Chaeyoung walked over to where Heejin and Ryujin were. The girls had been coloring in a coloring book their aunts got them. Mina seen a tear fall down Chae's face.

She was trying to be strong, but was hesitating to get close to the girl she raised for most of her life. Mina walked behind Chaeyoung, she patted her back and gave her the 'go ahead'. Chaeyoung nodded and calmed herself.

"Heejin, Ryujin. I-" Chaeyoung stopped as she began to not be as strong as she typically seems. "Eommaaaa" Ryujin cried out. She instantly went to hug Chaeyoung. Mina noticed Heejin being nervous to go to Chaeyoung.

Mina walked over to Heejin, she comforted her before whispering in her ear. "It's okay Jinnie, she's your eomma. She wants to hold you again, it must've been a hard year and 4 months without her 1st daughter." Heejin nodded and agreed that Mina was right. 

Heejin ran to hug Chaeyoung. The two were crying, Chaeyoung couldn't even stand anymore. "I'm so sorry baby. Eomma is sorry for missing your 7th and 8th birthday. You've grown so much, please know that I would never abandon you or your sisters like that. I love you, I'm so sorry Jinnie." Heejin comforted Chaeyoung.

"I know eomma. But.." Heejin hesitated before she spoke. Chaeyoung looked at Heejin. "It's okay Heejin, you can say anything you want. Curse me out if you want, I want you to feel better."

Heejin looked down at her feet before speaking. "Why would you let mommy go through that. He hurt mommy a lot. Mommy would never let him hurt us, but I don't like seeing mommy get hit or punished." Chaeyoung gulped and hung her head low. Mina didn't want to see Chaeyoung go through guilt.
