Chapter 39

The next day I was SUPER tired, from the plane and everything. But Lucas is a morning person so he was ready. I told him to go without me and I would meet him later. He was reluctant but I finally convinced him it was fine. As soon as he left I went back to sleep. 

When I woke up again I needed coffee. So I texted Lucas.

MAYA: I'm up now haha.

MAYA: I'm gonna get coffee

MAYA: Want one?

LUCAS: No thanks

LUCAS: Text me when you're on your way to the park

LUCAS: xx

MAYA: xx

I went down to the coffee shop and grabbed a coffee before heading down to the park to meet Lucas. Today we were in Animal Kingdom.

Maya texted me that she was about ten minutes away and that we would meet at the Tree of Life. I went to the tree and then someone tapped me on the back. It was a friend from childhood, Ethan. 

"Hey! Ethan!" I said, giving him a bear hug.

"What's up Lucas?" he asked, grinning. 

We talked for a while. And then Ethan's jaw dropped as he looked at something behind me. 

"That blondie behind you is pretty hot," he says, I turn around and the only blonde girl is Maya, she sees me and makes her way over, but she was pretty far away, "Damn, I would so-"

"Ethan don't you dare finish that sentence." I say. 

"What?" he asks, making his way towards Maya. 

"I swear, if you touch her," I say, holding him back. 

"Are you just jealous that you could never pull someone like that?" he asks, laughing. 

"Oh, but I could." I say laughing. 

Maya comes up to us and I give her a hug, that turns into picking her up. I didn't want to let go but I think I was suffocating her, so I gently put her down. 

"Maya, this is my friend Ethan. Ethan, this is my girlfriend Maya." I say, and he looks shocked. 

Maya waves and he just keeps staring at me. 

"Not bad man, not bad at all." he says, nodding before walking away.

Lucas and I spend some time on a couple rides. Then a fan came up to us. At first she only wanted a photo with me. But then she asked for one with Lucas in it too, which was so sweet. 

Then Lucas and I went on a couple more rides. 

I started to get tired again. So Lucas brought me to an ice cream store. I ordered Cookies and Cream and Lucas ordered plain chocolate. Once we got our ice creams we sat in front of some fake windows near the back of the store. I took my black top off and put my ears on and Lucas took a photo of me for my Instagram, I captioned it: "I'm a strong believer in ice-cream for breakfast."

I still wasn't feeling great after that, so I went back to the room and Lucas said he would come back and get me when it was time for our dinner reservations.
