Today was the day with the clock striking at 10 AM. I hope she didn't think I do too much because I may or may not do a little extra. I had to pull a favor from a friend.
I decided to take her to Tennessee by a private jet that I borrowed from a friend. Why leave early? Well, let's say it will take more or less 4 hours to get there.
I picked her up and started driving to the airport. "So where are we going?" she asked me excitedly. "Not telling, but I can tell you that I borrowed my friend's private jet for this, and don't ask anymore because I am not telling you anything,". "Wait, private jet?!" she asked but I just hummed in return.

We had landed and her eyes looked like it's going to pop out when she saw a sign to where we were "Tennessee?! Jade you don't have to do all this, I mean I'll be happy even if we just have some dinner, you taking me out on Valentine's Day to cheer me up is enough for me," she said but I know she was happy with the thought someone giving a lot of thought about this.
"I know I don't have to, but I want to. Like I said, you deserve it," we went into the car that I rented and got to our destination. Amusement park at the island in Pigeon Forge to make it less like a couple and to have fun, then dinner at Old Mill restaurant.

We were walking out of the restaurant Laughing with a stuffed bear in her hand that we made earlier in Build a Bear, she wanted something to remember so I recorded myself saying "Happy Valentine's Day Perrie," so the bear would have my voice in it.
"Ahaha no way, how do you even shit yourself? You gotta be joking" She laughed at me so hard as we walked back to the car and I laughed with her. "No, Im serious, I literally shit myself. You see, In high school, I was the Captain of the basketball team and we just won the state tournament, I really needed to take a shit but my teammates decided to pick me up. I told them not to do it but they won't listen so as soon as they put me down I couldn't control it and shit myself and it makes a very loud sound. It was so embarrassing, my teammates made fun of me for the next few weeks," and she laughed even harder tears running down her face.
She calmed down after that and we went back home to New York. It was precious seeing her that happy. I don't care if I have to tell more about my embarrassing moments, I'll do it again just to see her this happy.
Today was so fun and I haven't had this much fun for such a long time. We learned about each other and she is so open and understanding which makes it so easy to talk to her. We talked so much that we lost track of time.
We got back home and it was almost midnight. "Today was so fun, thank you so much, Jade, I'm glad we did this," she said as she hugged me. "You're welcome, I'm so glad you had fun today but I should get going though, I have a meeting in the morning," and with that, we said goodbye to each other.
"Jade wait!" I was about to open my car door when she called me again. "Yeah, what's up?". I said turning around so that I was facing her. "Do you remember today when you said whether we're celebrating Valentine's as friends or as couples, it is not Valentine's if there is no romance in it? Then you said that was the reason why you flew me to Tennessee so we will have a bit of romance?". Okay, what is happening? I have no idea where was she going with this.
"Yeah, what about it?" I was absolutely confused. "Well like I said, it was really fun, but today was not just 'a little bit of romance' for me," she said making an air quote sign. "I think it was so romantic. We went to the park enjoying each other's presence then had dinner at a restaurant where there was a beautiful water view and I don't think it's appropriate to finish a beautiful romantic day without a kiss, so, thank you for the most amazing day ever," Then she finished her speech by kissing me on the cheek.
Oh... my god she just kissed me. Okay keep it together Jade, keep it together.
"Umm, you're very welcome. And thank you for the kiss, I'll see you later," and with that, I went home.
I got home and took a shower before getting ready to sleep. I opened my phone and saw there was a chat from Perrie
Perrie Hey, you home yet? just wanted to tell you that I really appreciate it for today. You're the best -11.48PM

And with that, I went to sleep happily remembering that she kissed me. I probably slept with a smile

I arrived at work happy, that I probably looked like a lunatic to my employees. "Hey guys," I said to everyone while passing by them and went inside the lift.
"Hey Anne, you look pretty today! Is it new lipstick or something? Because whatever it is, I love it," I said smiling at her.
"Uh Nope, nothing new with me but you, on the other hand, look really happy today, what happened?" she said handing me my morning coffee.
"Nothing, can a girl be happy for no reason?" she scoffed at me "Okay, something has definitely happened to you. You got laid?" she said.
"What? No! I didn't get laid but I'm just happy so," I said walking to my office. "Well whatever it is, we could use the spirit for today's meeting, here's the file you asked for, I'll be outside," she said making her way out.
"Okay thanks, Anne you're the best," I said and she answered me with a short "You bet I am," and she went out of my office.
I sat myself on my chair sighing happily setting up my laptop and the file that Anne gave me earlier. I set up everything I needed before I flopped myself into my chair feeling good about everything. Hope the meeting goes as planned.
