Jade POV

It was another busy day at the office, so busy that I had almost 15 files stacked on my desk. I was finishing up a paperwork before my lunch break when a thought came through my mind. I couldn't help but chuckled at the memory, it was the first time Perrie came to my office as my girlfriend and she was so jealous with Anne.

Perrie and I had an argument over something stupid earlier in the morning. Since I didn't want to fight with her I just left saying nothing but "you know what, it's too early for this. I'm just gonna go to work and we'll talk about whatever it is you want to talk about later okay? I love you," without kissing her. I still say I love her though.

Later that day around 11.AM almost my lunch time I was joking around with Anne in my office when I heard someone clear their throat and when I looked at the door I saw Perrie looking furious.

"You know? I felt bad for today so I thought I could make up for it by coming here, bringing you your favorite meal that I cooked so we could eat here together since you said you're going to be busy. Guess I thought wrong since you already have a company that you seem to enjoy very much. And for you, what are you still doing here? Why don't you go somewhere else instead of flirting with my girlfriend? hell your boss, now skedaddle skank,"

"Whoa, whoa, whoa baby she wasn't-" Anne cut me off.

"It's fine Jade," Anne said before coming closer to Perrie holding out her hand "Miss. Edwards I can assure you that we weren't flirting. I wasn't flirting with her, I have a boyfriend. We were joking around about this one person in the office that has a huge crush on her coworker, and you happen to walk in when I was impersonating her. If it helps, I don't see Jade that way, she's like a sister to me so flirting with her would be gross. You don't need to be jealous of me, plus she loves you too much to cheat on you. Now if you'll excuse me, I have a job to do. Nice to meet you," She said and then walked out of my office.

The look on Perrie's face was hilarious, I had to hold back my laughter. Her mouth opened wide full of shock "You let her talk to me that way?"

"Oh no, you're not pinning this on me. You did this to yourself by calling her a skank. She wasn't the one being rude, you were. She was only defending her dignity. Now why don't you go out there and apologize to her," I told her. Just because she's my girlfriend doesn't mean I'm going to defend her when she's wrong .

"What? no! Jade she has to have some respect to me, I'm her boss's girlfriend so why don't you call her back here or else you would be the one in trouble. And one more thing, I'm not your employee, so you better watch your tone when you talk to me unless you want to sleep on the couch," ugh I hated to admit that I was whipped but it was true.

I sighed "fine, okay. I'm sorry," then I called Anne.

Soon enough she arrived in my office. "Anne I'm sorry for what just happened but I would appreciate it if you don't talk to my girlfriend that way, have some respect to her. After all she's my girlfriend and I'm still your boss," before I could continue Perrie cut me off.

"She's right, I apologize for insulting you. It's not right for me to say that whatever the reason was so I'm sorry. But let me make something clear," Perrie said. Uh oh, her face change from genuinely sorry to serious.

She walked closer Anne, like really close. She's like a breath away, it's scary. Anne originally taller than Perrie but Anne was wearing a flat shoes and Perrie was in heels so Perrie was like hover over Anne. I don't know if I was supposed be scared or aroused. "Never talk to me like that ever again. Talk to me like that again and I assure you that would be the last thing you say before you went unemployed. Your tough act is useless, you may think you're special but nobody is irreplaceable. You said it yourself, she loves me too much, so think about it. That is if I need her help, I don't need her help to make you unemployed, you don't want to know what I'm capable of. Look I'm sorry for calling you such thing, I really do but you better watch yourself around me, don't let this happen ever again, got it?" I saw Anne gulped her own saliva before nodding her head.
