~*Chapter 41*~ Saved By The Princes! [Edited]

~Narrator's POV~

Everyone rushed in the middle of the court to get the dodgeballs. Natsu and Gray took one and their team had some, but the other team had more than them. The first one to throw the ball was Natsu. Lucy looked at Natsu's and Gray's team. She wanted their team to win.

"RAH!" Natsu grunted as he threw the ball with a strong force. It hit a guy in the other team with such a strong force that he got thrown back a couple of feet. "Alright!" He exclaimed.

"So amazing!!!" The girls on the team cheered.

"Eh!?" Lucy exclaimed. Her mouth wide opened in shock.

"Natsu!" Coach Gildarts yelled in anger. "Don't throw that hard to my students you hear?!" After he said that, the guy got up in disappointment and sat on the benches where the people got hit.

"Can't help it, Coach!" He smiled with a cheeky grin. That cheeky idiot... Lucy smiled.

"Do you really want to show off in front of Lucy?" Gray teased.

He stumbled as Gray said that. He growled. "Shut up Ice Princess!" Natsu yelled at him in anger with a tint of pink showing on his cheeks.

The dodgeballs were thrown from the other team. Natsu dodged swiftly. Gray caught one of the balls, and threw the ball at a student and got him out.

"Gray got two people out!" the girls exclaimed with heart shapes in their eyes. Then, dodgeballs were thrown at them and hit them.

"Girls, you're out!" Coach yelled. The girls walked towards the benches and sat on them in disappointment. But started cheering for Natsu and Gray. They are so popular.

20 minutes later, the other team got some people out on Natsu's and Gray's team. There were only three people on their team, while the other team has four guys. Natsu and Gray were still in, of course, and one guy in the team. They were all sweaty, but the guy in Natsu's and Gray's team was really sweaty and tired, while Natsu and Gray still has enough energy.

The guy had the ball. He threw the ball with all his force, but since he is tired, his throw was weak. The guy in the other team caught the ball! It made him go out and it let them revive another player. So now, it's two versus five!

"Wow! This is going to be interesting." The people on Natsu's and Gray's team said. Lucy is astonished. They managed to still be in with no hits, but she is a little bit worried about the two of them. Coach Gildarts sees Lucy sitting in the benches.

"Lucilia, go on Natsu's team." Coach demanded.

"What?!" She exclaimed in fear. She is afraid to go in her team because she might disappoint them.

"If you don't help them out, they are going to lose." He explained. Lucy sighs. I want them to win!

"Alright, I will go."

Coach Gildarts blows his whistle and tells them to pause the game. Lucy runs on their team. When she ran towards Natsu and Gray, Coach Gildarts looks at her.

"That girl, there must be something special about her since the two idiots hang out with her, but she looks like that girl on the newspaper...."

"Lucy?!" Natsu and Gray exclaimed in unison.

"U-Um guys!" She smiles in a shivered voice.

"Are you on our team now?" Gray asked.

"Y-Yeah, C-Coach told me to play on your team." She replied with a shivered voice.

They look at her with worry. Natsu sighs. "Well, stay near us, okay?" He said.
