~*Chapter 20*~ Time To Go To School [Edited]

~Natsu's POV~

I was in a brightly yellow land. I look around and see a person. That figure looks like a girl. I ran towards her to ask if she knows where I am. I can see from the distance that she is wearing no shoes, but she's wearing a white short dress and a white headband. I kept on running and see from her back, blonde hair... 

Wait... It can't be... I stop in astonishment.

"Natsu!" she turns around. It's Lucy! "Natsu!" She runs towards me with her arms out. I stood there. Not knowing what to do. And then, she jumps to me. I grab her, but we fell on the soft grass. She is on top of me. She looks up at me and touches my hair. "Natsu." she says in a soothing voice. Her voice made me be more lured. I never knew how pretty she looks up close. 

"Lucy..." I said calmly.

Then she leans to me closer and closer and-

"NATSU!"

"GAH!" I jump out of bed and hit the floor.

"Natsu, come on! Time to go eat breakfast." I look up and see a little girl, wearing a school uniform. It's Wendy. "You were saying Lucy's name when you were sleeping." she grins.

"I-I-" Why did Lucy have to be in my dream!? I started blushing from embarrassment.

"Don't worry. It'll be our little secret." She winks.

"You better not tell anyone, Wendy!" I whispered.

"I promise! Now come on, get ready for school." She leaves my room. 

As she left, I grab my towel and took a quick shower. I change into my school uniform and went to the dining room. I see Lucy with her hair up and she is wearing denim shorts with a blue shirt and a white jacket. She whirls around and sees me. 

"Good morning Natsu!" she said with a happy mood.

"Morning, Luce." I said in a tiredly way. The dream came back to me and I quickly covered my cheeks with my scarf. I sat down next to her.

"Um, you okay?" She asks me. I let go of my scarf.

"Y-Yeah..." That dream... It felt so real...

I grab a plate and put a lot of food on it. I grab the hot sauce on the table, put on the hot sauce  and started eating the food. I see my mom in the kitchen, cleaning.

"Mmm. This is good Mom." I mumbled with food in my mouth.

"Natsu, don't talk while eating your food." My mom said as she walks towards the sink.

I swallowed. And I see Lucy finishing her food and she placed her empty plate in the sink. "So, when are we going?" She asks in a cheerful mood.

"In a little bit. After we brush our teeth."

"Okay." She walks to the bathroom and closes the door. She looks excited to go to school.

I finished my food and put my empty plate in the sink. My mom started doing the dishes.

"It feels like God has answered our prayers. It felt like he brought Lucy to us." My mom said.

"Yeah it does." I said. I wait outside the bathroom and Lucy came out. As she saw me, she smiles.

"Me and Wendy will wait for you outside." She said.

"Okay. Meet you there." I said back.

I went inside the bathroom and brush my teeth. I sighed. I look at my watch and it is 7:00 AM. School starts in 8:55 AM so we will have time to get Lucy's paperwork done. It's a 10 minute walk anyways.
