8:14 PM, TOKYO, SHIBUYA.
october 31st 2018."apparently from what we know so far, the veil only traps regular people inside, and only regular people are able to enter it." hirokazu explained, the two college students walked around the outskirts of where the veil was. they were assigned to just watched the surrounding area, and leave the heavy lifting inside the veil to everyone else.
[name] walked in font of him, she slouched as she knew when the day would come. the day that 'kenjaku' said he'd reek havoc on the city. she didn't tell anyone, didn't slip up, or didn't budge. she stayed quiet, staying on the side and watching it all.
before the incident had began, each of gojo Satoru's students were being assessed with promotion to special grade. all except for [name] and hirokazu. despite him not really ever using his technique once so ever, he would've wished his past teacher would've at least recommended him.
[name] felt the same, even though her technique was out right useless and she actually didn't have much of a strength fir cursed energy or tools. she would've appreciated if her past teacher, recommended her also.
they were now at the bottom of the barrel, left to rot. both of them being the weakest and lowest ranked sorcerers now, since everyone else wasting assessed with promotion.
"well all we were assigned to do was to just stayed in the area and look out for anything." hirokazu added, he seemed more in a upbeat mood compared to [name].
"at least we won't be risking our lives in there.." she mumbled, that was the only great thing. as long as she wasnt inside the veil, she would be able to go home scott free. knowing on what kenjaku had planned, she was happy she wouldn't be in there.
"don't jinx us, who knows we might be assigned to go inside." hirokazu joked, attempting to lighten the situation up. he awkwardly chuckled afterwards, but his jokes weren't making her laugh.
[name] couldn't get her mind off the binding vow she had taken, the fact she knows possibly everything that could happen. though, she had to keep her mouth shut. if she even opened her mouth for a second to admit, she knew everything. she'd drop dead.
"something on your mind?" he asked her, noticing she seemed to be in a deep thought. he was worried on how she felt, he didn't want her to start loosing her mind when noting even had happened yet.
she glanced over at him, she shrugged. even if she's known him for a longtime, it was either trust or death. she didn't want to die, imagine dying because you told the truth to someone. that was a foolish way to die. even if she did, she doubted she could even finish her sentence before she'd drop dead right then and there.
"its nothing.. I guess im just worried about the situation at hand." she lied, but not much. she was worried, knowing everyone who went in there, probably wouldn't come out alive.
