Serena sat in her room, her suitcase packed and ready for her journey to Hoenn. She was excited about the adventure ahead but also couldn't shake the feeling of nervousness that had settled in her stomach. Hoenn was a new region, with new people and challenges, and she couldn't help but wonder if she'd fit in.

Ash, sensing her apprehension, entered her room and sat down beside her. He wrapped his arm around her shoulders, offering a reassuring smile. "Serena, I know you're nervous about going to Hoenn, but it's an incredible place. The landscapes are beautiful, and the people are some of the nicest you'll ever meet."

Serena nodded, appreciating his support. "I know, Ash, but it's all so unfamiliar. What if I don't fit in? What if I can't keep up with the other Coordinators there?"

Ash squeezed her shoulder gently. "Serena, you're an amazing Coordinator, and you'll do great wherever you go. But just to ease your nerves, how about we reach out to someone I know in Hoenn?"

Curiosity piqued, Serena looked at him. "Someone you know in Hoenn?"

Ash nodded. "Yep, my friend May. She's a fantastic Coordinator and a great friend. I'll give her a call."

With that, Ash dialed May's number, and they had a brief conversation. May was more than willing to help Serena during her time in Hoenn. She even had an idea.

"Hey, Ash, how about I call Lisia?" May suggested. "She's a famous Contest Star in Hoenn, and she'd be an excellent mentor for Serena."

Ash grinned, knowing that Serena would benefit greatly from Lisia's guidance. "That's a fantastic idea, May. Thanks for being such a great friend."

May promised to call Lisia and set up the mentorship, and Ash hung up the phone. He turned to Serena, who was now looking more hopeful.

"See, Serena, you won't be alone in Hoenn. You'll have May, Lisia, and many new friends to support you. And remember, you're amazing just the way you are."

Serena smiled, feeling a wave of gratitude for Ash's unwavering support. "Thank you, Ash. I'm lucky to have you in my corner."
