Serena had decided to take a leisurely stroll around Lumiose City, enjoying the bustling atmosphere and window shopping along the way. As she wandered through the streets, she couldn't help but notice a familiar voice coming from the outdoor café of the Prism Tower.

Curiosity getting the better of her, she hid behind a large potted plant, trying to eavesdrop without being seen. There, at the table, sat Ash and Clemont, engrossed in a conversation.

Ash, unaware that Serena was nearby, leaned in closer to Clemont, a soft smile on his face. "You know, Clemont," he began, his voice filled with warmth, "I can't stop thinking about Serena."

Clemont raised an eyebrow, clearly intrigued by his friend's confession. "Ash, you seem pretty smitten," he remarked.

Ash nodded, his eyes filled with a dreamy expression. "Yeah, I am. I've never felt this way about anyone before. Serena is amazing, Clemont."
