"Shigreh kare dev !" Said Amarsri to Srinav.
It was a momentous occasion today, it was Ganesh's wedding with Riddhi and Siddhi. The entire cosmos was celebrating and looking forward for the commencement of the marriage.
In Chaitanya Lok, Amarsri was perfecting her appearance, ensuring that every detail met her impeccable standards. While Srinav, who till now was clad just in his resplendent lower garments, was lounging on the bed and watching her get ready, seemingly oblivious to the urgency of the moment.
"Srinav !" Amarsri called out, a note of exasperation lacing her melodious voice, "Vivah samaapt hone ke pashchat aap sajj honge ?" She asked.
Srinav, enchanted by his wife's beauty and her playful admonishments, chuckled softly. His eyes, mesmerized by her radiance, followed her every graceful move.
"Priya Amarsri, mujhe kshan bhar bhi nahi lagega sajj hone mei." He assured.
Amarsri rolled her eyes, before rushing to his side and grabbing his arm, making him stand up.
"Kya anand milta hai mujhe aise sata ke ?" She asked while Srinav just kept smiling.
With a wave of her hand, Amarsri conjured a regal attire befitting Srinav's divine nature. A radiant angvastra, shimmering in hues of red and studded with gems twinkling like stars, materialized before him.
"Mai jaanti hu aapki thitoli, aap nahi sajj honge swayam se." She said pleating the angvastra and draped it around her husband's broad shoulders. Each fold of the fabric caressed his skin like a gentle breeze.
Srinav remained silent, watching her flustered face was a delight to his eyes. He basked in the moment, content to be the focus of her affectionate frustration. He relished her touch as she smoothed his windswept hair and adjusted his garments with gentle grace.
Amarsri then proceeded to adorn him with delicate jewels. As she clasped a necklace around his neck, its celestial splendor enhanced his noble form. It took her moment to put all the rings, bracelets and armlets over him. And at last she finished by putting his lustrous crown over his head.
"Kitna hi samaye laga ?" Srinav asked.
"Uff !" Amarsri shook her head, "Ab chaliye." She said holding his hands and taking him with her.

The deities along with their divine entourage, descended lavishly on the palace of Prajapati Vishwaroop. The celestial beings marveled at the magnificent decorations adorning the auspicious venue. Vishwaroop welcomed them all warmly with a smile.
Lush flowers in vibrant hues carpeted the ground, releasing a bewitching fragrance. Golden arches intertwined with delicate vines, creating an enchanting canopy overhead.
As the guests settled down, the gandharvas, masters of music, began to play melodious tunes, filling the atmosphere with euphony. The rhythmic beats of their veena, drums and the lilting notes of the flutes created an ethereal symphony that captivated the hearts of all.
Apsaras, the ones inherently blessed with exceptional grace, twirled and swayed in perfect harmony, their movements reflecting the divine love and joy that resided within them.
"Atyant sundar sajawat ki hai." Kartikeya commented.
"Prajapati se kam ki bhi apeksha nahi thi." Amarsri said.
"Ab humare Ganesh ke vivah mei koi kasar kaise reh sakti hai ?" Srinav said.
As he looked amidst the joyful celebration, his gaze fell upon a goddess entering the place. Despite the festive atmosphere and grandeur surrounding her, she appeared a touch less adorned than the other attendees.
"Ashok-Sundari ?" He muttered and the very moment the eyes of his sister fell over him.
She smiled and walked over to them, hiding the hint of sadness that lingered over her being.
"Pranaam." She greeted all of them.
All of them gave her a sad smile, they could sense not only her longing for her husband, Nahush, but also the enduring strength and resilience that silently shone through her eyes.
"Kaisi ho behen ?" Kartikeya asked.
"Aapki kripa hai, Bhrata." She said, and then looked around, examining the decorations, "Atyant sundar aayojan huya hai."
"So toh hai." Amarsri said.
"Ab humare Anuj ka vivah ho hi jaayega. Nahush hote toh-" Ashok Sundari stopped for a moment, and gazed down, "Woh hote toh atyant prasann hote." She said in a low voice.
Srinav stared at her, trying to hide her grief about the curse Nahush had endured by sage Agastya, to be stuck on earth as serpent. A punishment for his arrogance.
"Behen," Srinav kept an hand on her shoulder, causing her to look at him,"Har raat ke baad subah awashya aati hai. Sukh sadev nahi rehta, toh dukh bhi anant nahi hai. Nahush bhi shraap mukt awashya hoga." He assured.
"Jaanti hu." Ashok Sundari nodded with a smile.
"Ab thoda muskura do." He said, using his fingers to pulls the corners of her mouth, "Var ki behen ho, gathbandhan tumhe hi karna hai."
"Bhrata !" Ashok Sundari chuckled pulling her face away, the rest too laughed.
Soon, Ganesh, donning regal attire adorned with precious jewels, appeared at the entrance of the wedding venue. Beside him, Mahadev and Mata Parvati were walking alongside. Their majestic presence sent waves of awe and reverence throughout the gathering.
He sat down at the podium, that was constructed by Vishwakarma himself. The air was charged with anticipation as the sacred fire crackled, its flames dancing in joyous celebration.
Then the brides, Riddhi and Siddhi, adorned in resplendent garments and opulent jewelleries, graced the podium. They came and sat beside their groom and then the sacred hymns floated through the air, invoking divine auspiciousness and sanctity.
As the wedding rituals commenced, Ganesh along with Riddhi Siddhi exchanged heartfelt vows, pledging their eternal love and commitment to each other. The heavens rejoiced, painting a vibrant canvas with a mesmerizing display of fireworks, illuminating the night sky with their brilliant hues.
The celebration continued into the night, as celestial beings reveled in the joyous festivities, bestowing blessings upon the newlyweds.
The wedding concluded with the nuptial knot being tied by Ashok Sundari, signifying the eternal union of Ganesh with Riddhi and Siddhi. The heavenly beings erupted in a thunderous applause, while the celestial musicians played melodious tunes, filling the atmosphere with euphoria.
