Aachaandit looked around swarglok as he followed behind the footsteps of Narad Muni. The landscape was adorned with lush greenery, resplendent with vibrant and blooming gardens that stretch as far as the eye can see.
The harmonious sound of cascading waterfalls filled the air, merging with the melodious songs of celestial birds, creating a mesmerizing and enchanting melody.
At a distance, tall buildings, with intricately carvings, neighboured a majestic gem-studded palace could be seen. Multicolored lotus ponds with blossoming flowers surrounded these splendid structures, adding to the ethereal ambiance.
Devas, could also be seen enchantingly adorning the place, radiating an otherworldly beauty, adorned in exquisite attire, shimmering with divine luminosity.
While gazing at them all, Aachaandit got startled hearing a loud thud. He looked towards the side and saw the magnificent Airavat, over which Indra was sitting with his beloved wife Indrani nestled in his arms. Apsaras were flying beside them, holding fruit plates and a jug of somras, ready to serve them.
"Gaurinandan Kartikeya ne toh meri chinta hi dur kar di." Indra said.
"Satyavachan. Ab aap aaram se putri Devsena ke vivah ka chintan kar sakte hai." Sachi said.
"Mahendri, uska vichaar bhi kar lenge. Kintu abhi, hume aapke vichaaro mei magn rehne dijiye. Aisa sukhmayi kshan, hume sadev nahi milta." Indra said.
Both of them exchanged affectionate glances, illuminating the surroundings with warmth and serenity of their love. It seemed as though the very essence of Swarglok held its breath in reverence for the celestial king and queen.
"Jaha prem hota hai, waha sammaan bhi hota hai." Narad Muni said to his student, "Indra aur Indrani ka prem aisa hai jaise Sita Ram ka prem. Devraj, apni patni ka atyant samaan bhi karte hai, dekho kaise apne vahan par unhe swayam se aage ka sthaan diya hai ?"
Aachaandit didn't say a thing for a moment.
"Kya soch rahe ho ?" Devarshi asked.
"Yahi ki Devraj mei, Shreeshaktiswar wali nirbalta kaha se aagayi ?" He said.
"Nirbal aur woh bhi Devraj aur Shreeshaktiswar mei ? " Narad Muni asked with a raised brow.
"Aur nahi toh kya ? Nahi toh patni ke samaksh aisa nirbalta ka bhaav ?" Aachaandit said.
"Hmm..... Lagta hai tumhe Shreeshaktiswar se milwana hi padega." Narad Muni said.
"Awashya milwayiye. Mai unhe Amarsri ke mithya prem ke bandhan se mukt karwa dunga." Aachaandit said.
At that Devarshi Narad let out a chuckle, "Prayas kar lo."
--------
The soft hues of sun had spread across the celestial sky, casting their gentle light upon Chaitanya Lok. The air was imbued with alluring fragrances, mingling the scent of fresh blooms with the sweet melodies of chirping birds.
Both Amarsri was sitting on the steps of their bhavan while Srinav sat in front of her on the ground, both of them were basking in the afternoon sun, revelling in its warmth and in each other's company.
Srinav was gently holding the feet of Amarsri, as he delicately dips the end of a peacock feather within an intricate container, extracting a vibrant red alta. His movements were fluid and deliberate as he placed the pigment upon the contours of her foot.
With each stroke, his fingers holding the feather glides effortlessly, imbuing her foot with a radiant glow, matching the intensity of their love.
Finally, as the last stroke graced her skin, Srinav looked into her eyes, his gaze an ocean of tenderness. Amarsri returned his gaze, her eyes shimmering with unspoken words of love and gratitude.
"Narayan-Narayan !" Narad Muni's voice brought them out of their stance.
"Padhariye Munivar." Amarsri said as they both stood up.
Aachaandit who standing behind Narad Muni, looked at her, a judgemental expression was plastered on his face.
"Kis karan ana huya ?" Srinav asked.
"Mere shishya Aachaandit ko, aapke dwara likhe uss kavita mei kuch dosh mile hai." Narad Muni said.
At that moment, Srinav gaze fell on Aachaandit, "Kaisa dosh ?"
"Sampoorn kavita prem nahi, apetu aapki durbalta ka pratik hai." Aachaandit said.
"Tatparya ?" Srinav asked.
"Aap kaise ise prem keh sakte hai Shreeshaktiswar ? Jise keval aap hi nibha rahe hai ? Satya ko pehechaane dev, apne patni ke moh mei andhe mat baniye !" Aachaandit said.
Amarsri's lips parted hearing his harsh words, she glanced at Srinav, who was staring at the sage expressionlessly.
"Harihareshwari ke prem ka Satya toh tab hi prakat ho gaya tha jab inhone Samudramanthan se poorv aap par sandeh kiya tha !" Aachaandit then looked at the goddess, "Munivar ne kaha tha ki jaha prem hota hai, waha vishwas hota hai. Yeh kaisa prem hai jaha vishwas nahi ?"
Casting a disgustful look at her, Aachaandit looked back at Srinav, "Stree ka toh charitra hi aisa hota hai." He said.
"Aur baat yaha sampaat nahi hoti." The sage continued, "Kya inke karan aapko shraap nahi mila tha ? Kya aapko Bhargav ban, mrityulok mei vicharan nahi karna pada tha ? Inki ek iccha ke karan, dand ka bhog varsho aapko karna pada tha ! Rameshwari avatar mei bhi, inki nishtha apne Pita ke prati thi, aapke prati nahi !"
Amarsri looked at him with wide eyes, his accusations were piercing her ears, she looked at Srinav, who stood there composed,"Dev-"
But before she could utter another word, Srinav raised his hand, gesturing her to stay silent, wanting to let the sage finish his misguided diatribe before responding.
However, this gesture, which was meant to prevent any escalating confrontation, was unwittingly misinterpreted by Amarsri, whose heart was already filled with pain, after her loyalty and love was being questioned.
"Na aapke prati prem hai, na aapke prati nishtha hai. Parantu fir bhi aap daas bane huye hai iss Devi ke !" Aachaandit exclaimed, "Yeh aapki durbalta nahi toh aur kya hai !?"
Hurt and overwhelmed, Amarsri gazed at the silent Srinav with disbelief, her eyes began welling up with tears that mirrored the hurt in her heart, for he didn't say a word till now to defend her love and integrity.
She took a step back, before turning around and storming out of there, each tear that flowed down her cheeks carried a mixture of pain, confusion, and a deep sense of betrayal.
Srinav stared at her, his lips parted slightly as he realised she misinterpreted her silence. He went behind her. Aachaandit looked at him with disbelief.
"Mere itne kehne par bhi inki mati bhramit hai. Aur aap kehte hai ki yeh durbal nahi ?" He asked.
"Maun raho vats. Aur mere saath chalo." Narad Muni said.
He walked in the direction where the Shreeshaktiswar had gone, Aachaandit followed him behind, skeptically.
