TW: MENTIONS OF GORE/INJURIES

Movement. She had shifted over, laying on her back now, she moved...Movement meant she was alive! Shit, she was alive....Ow, she was alive. Slowly, she opened her eyes....How long had they'd been closed? How long had she been lying there bleeding out? How long since....Since her friends got away?

Louise didn't imagine herself becoming friends with the six other campers, she had friends back on the mainland, a similar six person friend group that consisted of more girls than boys. She had suspected that some of the others must've had friends back home too, like Brooklynn or Kenji.

After they all piled into the flatbed of the Jeep, Brooklynn was pretty much the star of the show. Besides when Ben was using his small bottle of hand sanitizer like it was sunscreen. Brooklynn was a vlogger with over 20 million subscribers, Sammy, "Texas", was one of them. Brooklynn had went around and asked everyone to say a little something about themselves. And when she got to Louise, she surprisingly managed to say a few words.

"My name is Louise Crenshaw," Louise said as Brooklynn pointed her pink phone at her. "I've loved mythical beings all my life and the movies with scaled creatures run through my veins!" Louise continued. "And I got here by luck." Then Brooklynn turned the camera to another camper.

Louise piped down after that, feeling herself bump up and down, left to right, as the Jeep quickly drove down the sand path, she and the other campers had no seatbelts around their waists or necks so it was a ride where you got heavily jostled and bumbled around. "Luck, huh?" Kenji whispered to her.

"How lucky are you, Louise?" Kenji asked and she wasn't sure if he expected an answer from her. "Uh.." Louise tried to find a good answer. "Ha! I'm just messing with you." Kenji said, beginning to laugh. "You should see your face!" Kenji cackled.

Louise was pretty lucky to be alive. But, her pain...the pain she felt all in a burst, now that she was conscious enough to feel every inch of it, it would've been better if her life gave her some bad luck and ended it. She carefully sat up and a loud cry of discomfort erupted from her throat, and she immediately regretted the way how she had just let herself cry out like that. Yes, she was in pain, but she didn't want to be found by a dinosaur...

She was absolutely drenched in her own blood, she sat in it like it was a muddy puddle. Louise didn't want to look at herself, not yet. Though, if she wanted to survive out here, which she didn't even want to think about...She would have to see how severe her condition was. Louise looked down to see the row of teeth marks around the middle of she stomach, bleeding all around her.

Half of her grey shirt was stained red, almost with a perfect line that separated the colors. She would need to find a way to wash that out. Her left arm laid limp beside her, she didn't try to move it, she could feel how the bone that attached her shoulder to her collarbone was broken in two or more pieces, the teeth must've crushed right through the bone. The majority of her injuries were at her stomach, back and shoulders, her legs and her arms remained unaffected besides the cuts, scrapes, and bruises.

She had never seen so much blood before, and it had never made her feel sick until now. Louise turned her head to the side, looking down to the ground and hot, foamy, disgusting liquid came rushing out of her, she was retching in the middle of the jungle. She was PUKING in the middle of ISLA NUBLAR. It was mainly bile with a couple of leftover bits of breakfast from the morning of the attempted evacuation.

Surrounded in her own body fluids, already too exhausted to do anything to help herself. Louise leaned back against the tree that she was thrown into, and now was when she realized how she must've had a big, purple and black bruise on her back. She at least needed to get away from this puddle of blood, it would be worst the more she sat and stared at it. Louise lifted her right hand up to her face and wiped the throw up from the corner of her mouth, smudging her face with the red liquid.
