Slightly Bigger Problems

"Awh, man! I left my captain's hat in the limo." Kenji said as he raised two hands up to feel his head, almost giving Louise the perfect escape plan.

"Uh- Kenji, I think we have slightly bigger problems." Yasmina said. "I know, I know." He replied. "We're heading back to the dock."

His pinkie wrapped around hers- Interlocking.

Trapping her before she can even think about jumping off. "Hopefully, the Scorpius has cleared out by now." Kenji said, his finger tightening around Louise's. His free pushes against the gearshift and the yacht began to cruise its way back to the dock.

As they approached the dock, the sky went dark, sending overcast across the island. Once Kenji put the boat into a stop- Louise was gone. She sprinted away from the control center and climbed down the ladder fast. "Kenji, you need to control your girl." Yasmina said quietly with a slight smirk.

Kenji swallowed, "Uh- What?" He asked.

"I'm not oblivious, Kenji." She replied. "But, Mr. VIP's secret is safe with me." Yaz gave him a punch to the shoulder. "For now." She added. "Let's go,"

Louise was already millions of miles ahead them, "Oh my gosh! Guys!" Sammy yelled as they walked out towards the jungle. "What is it?! Describe it with words!" Kenji yelled over to her. "Just walk over here, Kenji!" Sammy yelled back with a small scoff.

"Oh, no, Darius and Ben..." Brooklynn said as she, Yasmina and Sammy observed a crashed limo up against a tree. Sammy gasped. "They got away."

"Look!" She exclaimed, looking forward.

"Yes, tracks! Now, hurry up!" Louise yelled, already a good feet in front of the trail of footsteps. "They're fresh! They can't be too far," She yelled as they all followed behind her. "More footprints! Over here," Sammy said in the distance before they followed.

She came to a stop to observe another debris filled mess. "Something big came through here. Like lots of something bigs." Yasmina declared. "So? We're looking for Ben and Darius, remember? That's just dinosaurs doing dinosaur stuff." Kenji said, walking
forward.

"No, look, they destroyed the trees they like to eat." Sammy disagreed, kneeling down to a branch with some leaves on it. "Oh, something spooked them real bad." She added. Then, they heard almost a too familiar of a sound- That- SCREEEOARRR....

Kenji grabbed a branch as they formed a huddle, "I swear if that's the Scorpius Rex..." He said, holding the branch defensively. RWAHHHH! It sounded like- Like a cry? From a baby? Rwahh....wahhh...

Behind one of the fallen down trees, was a baby Brachiosaurus. "Awh," Brooklynn, Yasmina and Sammy awe'd in unison. And normally, Louise would too, but not today. This wasn't an 'awe' moment. "Sammy- Don't touch-..." Kenji said.

But she was already doing it.

"Hi, there, I'm not going to hurt ya," She said, kneeling down and giving the baby some pets.

"Okay, nobody else-" Kenji said, but the three girls had already surrounded the Brachiosaurus.

"Oh, oh, hi, baby...." Brooklynn muttered against its long neck. "Ugh." He groaned, "Guys," He said.

"In and out, remember?"

"She's looking for her herd," Sammy said, facing him and Louise. "So what? Why should we care about what happens to the dinosaurs?" Kenji asked.

"Besides, if Ben and Darius were looking for any one of us, they wouldn't stop to pet a baby dinosaur!" Louise said, backing him up and crossing her arms with him. "Because....Life is worth protecting." Brooklynn answered his question.
