Day in the Office (FIXED C9)

"In more recent news: more sightings of the Vigilante have been reported in Lungmen slums. While the LGD does not condone this behavior the bodies have been confirmed to be Drug Barons, Chem Lords, Wanted Rapist, Sex Traffickers and many many more of the most unwanted people in Lungmen. Every crime scene is found the same, officers following the smell of burning flesh... Whoever you are, between you and me, thanks for getting rid of the scum. Now I give the audience back to-"

Kaiser switched the TV off. This vigilante... concerned him some, the crime scenes always had the same Modus Operandi, criminals who were high on the wanted list burned to a crisp... the intensity of such flames concerned him...

"Dokutah, are you ok?" Amiya, ever the worrying Amiya.. "Yea I'm fine. Just not liking the news.."

Incineration... that's what worries me... only a few people I know have that kind of fire, 2 of them aren't in Lungmen and the rest are accounted for... hmm... unless... no, no, I can't let that cloud me.

As I look up I see Chen come back, she motions us in "Mr Wei will see you now."

And again my smiles right back as we follow the Superintendent. The hallway leading to Wei's office is more grandiose than I last remember... huh seems like he's gotten richer.

Then? The grand reveal! Through the big bulky doors lays...

"Wei Yenwu. You're still alive you old geezer?" He looked up from his stack of paperwork seemingly about to ream whoever said that until his eyes rested solely on me... "Kaiser..? I- I must be dreaming, are you actually standing before me??"

He got up from his "throne" and walked himself right up to me "Do my eyes deceive me? Have I gone mad?" I can see it, he's happy as all hell to see me and likewise it's been a while since I saw my brother "I'm flesh and blood, brother! How's the past few years been?"

The world sees a money hungry neglectful husband for a leader, but I know that's not his true feelings. He cares for Fumizuki, he also cares deeply for Lungmen but seeing him and not her.. begs me to ask "Where's Fumizuki?"

Before he could respond to me someone new entered the room, someone I remembered clearly... "Right here." As usual, she dressed like elegance personified "Aunt Fumi! How's everything been?"

Walking up to me she eyed me, oh boy I know what's coming..

SLAP

"Argh... yea... I deserved that..." she then brought me into a hug, despite her small size she's quite strong. Hell she's the reason I'm good with most martial arts.. "You leave us for nearly a decade... had us downright worried."

I hug her back. People say it's weird, I'm older than both of them by thousands of years but I call her Auntie, mostly because well she helped me through tough times. And with her closeness to Theresa she became a sort of aunt to me.

"I'm sorry Fumi, I would have loved to tell you both where I was going but it was... well utmost secret. Anyways I'm here and I'm here to stay!"

Wei quickly ushered us to sit as Fumizuki went back to where ever she came from, she's silent as all can be even managing to hide from me!

Hours Later

"Well that settles it then. Rhodes Island is officially working with Lungmen. Kaiser I am glad to see you back here but I do have a question.." he looked over the papers again "Who is this "Kaiserin" I keep seeing mentioned?"

"Oh! Hold on you should meet her!" I picked out my phone and dialed a certain number. After moments of talking and assuring she wouldn't be shot on accident I can thank Charles for that one... "She'll be here in just a moment"

"How?" He asked incredulously "It would take hours to-" he was cut off as a blue portal opened up. And out stepped my beautiful wife.

And with her oh so lovely eyes, I noticed she was wearing an outfit I acquired in another world.

She came through the portal yawning "You called Liebe?"

Wei and everyone besides Amiya and Kal were surprised she teleported in.. and that she looked like me.

"Yes I did darlin, meet my brother Wei Yenwu and my surrogate aunt Fumizuki." She did a bow and greeted them. Now most would look at her tired expression and think she's lazy, well, far from it. She was extremely no analytical and always scanning the room. Her tired outward appearance just so happened to be a byproduct.

"Kaiser when did you get married? And where did another Draco come from? Very few exist remember?"

"Well..."

"I must say, that's one tale... but I am thankful for you bringing him back safely. Now I'm sure you all have business to attend to so I won't keep you here." He stamped one of the files and handed it to Kal "Here, a document signed by me giving you authority in the Slums. Oh and Kaiserin, Kaiser the penthouse is all yours next time you're in town."

We got up and left, Chen was staying back to finalize her transfer to RI for a bit. Darling decided to stay with us for the remainder of the day.

"So we got anywhere else to be?" I asked Kal, she looked in thought for a second "No... so since we have free time let's visit Emperor."

Darling opened one of her closed eyes and asked "Emperor? There's another of my Liebe?"

"Chuckles No darlin he's a penguin just named Emperor. Fun guy, you'll love him. And if we are stopping by you'll meet my two nieces."

We boarded the helicopter again and got ready to go to one of my garages and drive to the Bar. As we started flying I plugged my phone to play some music for us.

"Interesting song choice Liebe. It's Earth music."

"Hehe yea, Cleveland got with her sisters to make me a playlist of songs to take with me." She hummed in response, clinging to my arm more.

It's good to be back, maybe can pay visit to a few people... but for now it's time for family.
