Now we're back to Ren's POV!

"What time do you think he'll be here?"

"Ah... He should be here early I think?"

"I guess so too."

Yesterday, after we parted from Chris-san, we took a leisure stroll around the city before we stayed the night at the same inn we had stayed at before. Then after I woke up in the morning and ate breakfast, I asked Fer-san and Sig-san about Chris-san and they gave me that answer.

Is that so?

It seemed Chris-san didn't get along well with Jair-sama and the others but fortunately it seemed Chris-san had a good relationship with his other siblings. So I think Chris-san might've come late because he wanted to spend more time talking with his siblings.

".......... Talk about him and he will appear, huh?"

Sig-san's ears twitched and then he grinned as he said that.

"Huh?"

Talking?

I tilted my head, not really sure what he meant when the door to our room was slammed open.

"Ren-chan!"

"Whoa!"

Someone entered and immediately hugged me.

"Ah~ It's been a day, Ren-chan~"

"Huh? Chris-san? Is it alright for you to leave your home now?"

"Yeah, it's fine now~ Putting my parents aside, you should meet with my young brothers and the others next time~"

"Yes. Of course I don't mind that..."

The one who hugged me was Chris-san. He hugged me so tightly that I had trouble breathing. Oh, I wonder if Sig-san's ears twitched because he could hear Chris-san coming in?

Chris-san said I should meet with his younger brothers and the others next. I didn't get many chances to talk with them yesterday and I really had no idea what kind of person Alex-sama was either. So I nodded my head while still being held in Chris-san's embrace but...

"Chris, Ren-kun is still eating. Let him go."

"Ah, sorry about that~ I've already eaten so Ren-chan, take your time eating, okay?~"

"Yes."

I was still in the middle of eating breakfast. Noticing I was in trouble, Fer-san reprimanded Chris-san. Hearing that, Chris-san quickly released me and sat down on the empty chair.

"Huh? Today's meal is Ren-chan's home cooked food?"

Chris-san was sitting on the chair, tilting his head to the side as he stared at our half-eaten breakfast.

"Yeah. We said we wanted to eat Ren's food so he brought it out for us."

This morning we were having japanese style food since these two had said they wanted to eat my food I made.

Our meal today consisted of onigiri, grilled white fleshed fish, egg rolls with leeks and miso soup with radish in it. Oh and we also had pickled carrots and cucumbers. Our meal would be perfect if we had natto with us but although natto was available in this world, natto was only made in a limited area so I couldn't get it in Pedrell.

Well, it's a food that not everyone likes to eat. I'd love to eat it if I could but if I couldn't then it's fine too.

But still, how did Chris-san know I made these foods?
