"Put that over there... Ah, please put that one over here."

We really don't need to lift a hinger, huh?"

"Indeed."

Before our eyes, the furniture store staff were diligently arranging the furniture we had bought according to Fer-san's instructions. I was sitting at the dining table together with Chris-san and Sig-san, observing the process.

We had bought a lot of furniture and unfortunately, all of our purchases couldn't fit into the store's usual magic bag so they had to bring another type of magic bag, a magic inventory. They would then deliver it to our house using same day delivery. It was amazing how we had finished the house's handover this morning, went furniture shopping in the afternoon and had everything arrived before the evening. As for the bed from our previous house, that bed could fit in my magic bag so we planned on bringing it over here ourselves on the day we officially moved in here.

"Don't you think we've bought a bit too much?"

I muttered quietly as I watched more furniture being taken out from the magic bag and magic inventory.

"Ren-chan~ You're being too modest!~ Look, at least we managed to get everything we need in our new house, right?~ We haven't touched the kid's room yet though. Ah, we haven't bought the stuff for the guest room either. See? We didn't buy too much, right? We are still far from finished~"

Chris-san then stroked my head as he explained his stance on this.

Yeah, he's right. We haven't touched the kids' room and the guest room yet. We've only bought curtains for them.

But just for the living room alone, we had bought a dining table, a sofa set, a coffee table and a big rug. For each of our private rooms, we bought single beds, desks, magic inventory and various other miscellaneous items. We had chosen the furniture quickly without much hesitation. The furniture shop's owner's eyes were practically gleaming. I doubt they get customers like us very often.

"I guess we should make the guest room usable soon. We never know when we might need it after all."

Sig-san said.

"You're right~ But for the kids' room, we probably can leave it be for now. We can just start buying stuff after we actually have kids, right?~"

"Right. Though I wonder if we even have people who would come over to stay the night at our place?"

In the first place, would we even get the chance to use the guest room? Most of my acquaintances are from this town so they won't need to go all their way to stay over at our place. Ah,I guess the guest room can come in handy if we have their acquaintances come over? Indeed, we better start furnishing the guest room soon.

"Well~ There's no harm in being prepared, right?~ So? When are we going to move in?~"

"We don't put much of our personal stuff in that rental house so we can move in anytime we want to."

Chris-san asked Sig-san. Since the rental house was fully furnished and since they worked as adventurers who had to travel around the world, they mostly kept all of their belongings in their magic bag so they wouldn't have much problem moving in anytime they wanted. Although Chris-san often stayed over at his house in the capital, but he had all the necessities he needed in his magic bag when he first came to Pedrell.

"If I'm not wrong, you guys signed a 3 months contract for that house, right?"

"Ah... I guess? Then we still have about 1 month left then? Well, if Ali says we can't cancel the contract, I think it's fine if we just leave it be."
