Airports are the places where you find the excitement of new encounters and the heartache of departures, but for me, it's a unique blend of emotions and experiences, offering a mixture of solitude and connection, introspection and anticipation. It's been six long years, there is some sense of fear and anxiety about stepping out of this airport and facing this world.  I'm not afraid of the city, it's about the people I might encounter.

As I stepped into the airport which read 'Seattle-Tacoma International Airport', I was immediately struck by the vastness of the terminal. The air was alive with the echoes of footsteps, the chatter of strangers, and the ceaseless intercom announcements. I collected my baggage, ordered myself a Latte from Starbucks, and walked toward the exit. Luckily, I managed to gid rid of that annoying co-passenger during the luggage collection.

As I walked out of the airport, a fresh breeze hit my face, and the scent of coffee and pastries lingered in the air.

My phone chirms with a message that reads "I hope you have landed safe and a driver will pick you up from the airport so, you don't have to worry, lastly Fighting 🙌 - Eva"  I chuckled at her message. She is so cute, she looks after me as her younger sister.

"I just arrived and sure I'll contact the drive-" As I was typing someone with broad shoulders crashed into me and my Latte spilled onto us.

"Are you fucking blind?" I asked cleaning the mess on my huddie without looking up.

No response from the other side.

"Are you dumb-" I spoke looking up and froze. Lost in the words, moment, and his eyes. His Blue eyes.

"Liza-" He tried to touch me with his right bare hand if I was real or just his imagination.

But suddenly a voice echoed "Liza Andreson," And I looked to my left, breaking eye contact with the man, and acknowledged the person who called me.

"Eva mam had sent me, mam" He spoke in between the awkwardness.

"Yes, let's leave!" I ordered him, took my luggage, and hurried towards the car, gave my luggage to the driver, and sat in the car closing all the windows so that the person who was standing outside the car wouldn't have a glance at me even for once. He doesn't deserve to be. He doesn't deserve any fucking friendship, love, or any moment to cherish with me. without even realizing my tears poured down.

The driver started the car and I saw that man standing still at his place like a dead rock, with no expression, movement, or any action. He was just still, looking into the window of the car. Eventually, his appearance disappeared when the car moved forward, then my tears turned into small uncontrolled sobs. He is the man behind my fears, achievements, and the person I am today and strangely he doesn't even have a bleak idea about it. He is the man I hate with passion, he is the man whom I consider to be a nightmare if he ever pops into my dreams. He is Samuel Parker.

Suddenly the car came to a halt and I realized that we reached the destination. To my New house for next two years. It's a huge building well, It looks like all the elite people live here. Renting an apartment will definitely cost a fortune. Even though the company pays for the apartment, I would have preferred something in a normal community. Honestly, I'm not really sold on the idea of renting a place in this fancy community. I mean, I'm hardly ever even home because of work, so it just seems like a waste of money to me.

"Liza Andreson, My company rented an apartment under this name," I told the receptionist who is very clean and neat, not an inch of makeup went wrong on her face. Even the receptionist looks more richer than me.
