Bidding farewell to Milan after days of dressing up in beautiful clothes, I find myself in the sky lounger airport as early as the crack of dawn waiting for my flight. Opting for a cozy outfit, I wore a matching purple two piece set and a dark brown blazer on top. My face was bare but at least my sunglasses covered my probably panda eyes.
The morning flight wasn't too crowded, giving me less attention in the 2 hour flight back to the UK. The whole flight, I was knocked out cold, paying back my sleepless nights. I should thank whoever invented this reclining business chair. Waking up to the stewardess telling me to sit back up since we're landing soon, I groggily did with my eyes still asleep. Soon enough, the plane started to descend, my ears ringing from the pressure. I look out of the window, back in my birth city.
The whole process from the plane to passing the security check and grabbing our luggages felt chaotic. There were people everywhere, stopping me for a picture and to say hi. Sighing in relief as I climbed into the car, I was just ready to go back to my shower and flopping onto my bed.

"Audrieeeee", the boys bellowed as soon as I stepped into the house. I whined, still lacking sleep as Aarav and Niran pulled me in to the living room. I screamed when confetti popped and everyone screaming a surprise. My eyes finally wide awake, shocked to see balloons everywhere and a now stuck with confetti cake saying "Congrats Adi".
Each one of us spread out on the couches, enjoying the Chantilly cake while we all reunited. We talked about the hilarious among us video they made to the celebrities I've met in Milan to expressing our disappointment at how bad Lando vlogs. "You should get some pointers from Audrie", Aarav laughed.
Lando looked at me from the other couch, smirking at me while I wiggle my eyebrows taunting him. My stomach growled making everyone laugh since this cake was too good to not satisfy me. "Let's go get Mcdonalds", Lando suggested. While everyone fought for their orders and gave me and Lando in charge to get it, I whined.
Huffing after writing their orders down in our whatsapp group, I follow Lando to his new McLaren that I happen to not notice parked outside the garage. "Like it?", he smirked. "Like it? I love it!". It was a McLaren 720s, the orange bright enough to see from a far. I oohed at the door opening upwards then flopping into the passenger seat, still not used to low cars.
The engine rumbled as he turned the ignition on, now him wiggiling his eyebrows showing off. I rolled my eyes, laughing at him. "Lando, slow down!", I shrieked when he tested how fast the car was. I smack his arm when he finally slowed down. "You'll be the death of me, Norris!"
