Leaning against the seat, my energy was at the bare minimum. The car drove along the waters, the clear blue sea glistening as yachts bobs through the waves. After a series of meetings with Alice, my flight left shortly after having to speed to Heathrow. For the 2 hours in the air, I completely knocked out and grabbed any chances to sleep.
Seeing the sun disappear from the shaded entrance, I climbed out once we stopped in front of the door. Smiling to the driver, he helped me with my luggage up until I meet the curly haired boy waiting for me in the lobby. My tiredness faded away as Lando hugged me. It's been weeks since he left for Monaco, missing him so much.
We went up on the elevator to his apartment floor, the ride filled with never ending conversation. The hallways echoed with our laughters as we got to his apartment. Gasping, his place was so big for only one person living there. There was a balcony overlooking the dock with the interior a mixture of white and wooden details. Of course since he just moved in less than a month, the apartment still looked a bit empty with a few boxes here and there.
"Nice right?", he says grinning proudly. Nodding, Lando gives me a quick tour of his new home. Chuckling to the only fully decorated room in the place, of course it had to be his game room. Finding a super focused Max in it, I waved to the stream. Max was shouting, busy playing Call of Duty. Scanning the room, the space was practically full with Lando's past race helmets. Picking up one, I traced my finger on the LN4 logo on it.
Turning to Max, he huffed after his game ended, something he always does if he loses. I walked to his side, reading the chat that was going off really quick. While Max thanked the subscribers, I answered a few chatters directed to me.
"Hi Chat!", I spoke, "Yes I just got here in Monaco". Giggling to more comments, I was too overwhelmed by the attention. Waving to the camera, I walked out of the room with Lando. My body shivered when his hand on my lower back.
The tour ended after Lando showed me his bedroom, slightly messy as usual. I laid on the couch in the living area, Lando sat at the other seat while Max got out from his stream. The TV played in the background while I busied myself scrolling through my phone. My stomach suddenly made a sound, loud enough for everyone to hear. Lando and Max looked at me, amused shown on their faces.
"Shall we go out eat?"
