Mike's POV:
The sounds of war disappeared as quickly as it had appeared. I was surrounded by the silent fog throughout the forest and was heading in the direction of his mansion. Much like the sounds of war, the mansion appeared in front of me suddenly and without hesitation. I came to a stop outside the doors, took a deep breath, and opened the door.
The room I walked into was large and was almost completely empty, except for the stairs in the back of the room. I probed the room with my senses to see if there was any hostiles in the immediate area, but I couldn't see past the first floor that I was on. Something was blocking me. That something decided to make an appearance though. It teleported into the room behind me silently. The only way I could tell it was there was by the movement of particles behind me. I turned to see a humanoid figure, except it was covered in dark shadows.
It didn't hesitate to attack me either. It was extremely fast and agile. It unsheathed two battle axes and took swings at me. I blocked them with my two swords of ice and fire. I saw its glowing eyes widen at this before teleporting behind me. I blocked the two axes behind me, but it knocked my swords away to attack again. I quickly deformed my swords so that they would go back into my arms. I rolled to my left, stopped, and sent a flaming punch into its side. I followed up with my ice sword going into his chest while he was stunned. After its body was completely frozen I shattered it with my fire sword. The second it died the next floor was opened up to my senses.
When I stepped onto the second floor I was met by two more of the same creatures. "This is getting old fast," I said as light-stepped forward. Both of them teleported to my sides and attacked simultaneously. I turned my back on the one on the right and formed an ice shield on my left arm. I also put up an ice wall behind me to block the other enemies attack. I knocked the creature I was facing swords away and rammed my fire sword into him. The creature behind me broke through the ice wall and was attacking again. I didn't hesitate as I light-stepped to cover the distance between us and slammed my ice shield into its chest. I immediately formed spikes made of ice from the shield and impaled the enemy. The flaming enemy I stabbed previously appeared behind me. I detached the spikes from the shield, jumped up to dodge its attack, and brought my shield down on his head, smashing it into the ground killing it. I went back to the enemy full of ice spikes and set him ablaze.
"Strange they seemed to know what I was going to try to do at one point. I think the ones on the next floor gain the experience from the others that I have killed," I thought to myself. Like before, the third floor opened up and I progressed forward to find four more of the creatures blocking my path on the next floor. I was getting angry. "I don't have time for this," I growled. When I moved forward however, the enemies seemed to anticipate my next move. "So they do learn."
I light-stepped forward, but this time I immediately light-stepped to the right to mix up the routine. I capitalized on their hesitation to this and came up behind one of them. I stabbed my fire sword into his chest and slight his throat with the ice sword. The effect was almost immediate. His body began to freeze, while his insides burned. This caused his body to explode and it made a distraction for me to get in close to the others. The one closest to me threw one of its axes at me causing me to slide under it. I touched the floor, bringing ice spikes up and stabbing through its legs, trapping it in place. I jumped up and sliced it in half with my flame sword.
"Two down," I said closing in on the remaining two. I appeared in-between the two and slammed my swords into the ground. I used the spikes to trap them too and brought a flame tornado around me incinerating them. "If I have to fight more I'm going to skip ahead. I don't have time for this," I said out loud. When I stepped on the next floor however, the air had a different vibe to it.
"Hello Mike. We've been waiting on you," Herobrine said. Standing next to him was a mutated Andr with glowing eyes.
