Josh's POV:

After Mike left we took up positions behind the wall of ice and began our counter attack. We didn't get pushed back, but we couldn't push forward either. The vanguard of our little army stayed in front of the wall and fended off zombies and creepers from destroying the wall. The archers were locked in combat with the enemy's skeleton archers.

"We're getting nowhere!" Steve yelled behind me.

"I know! We're in a stale mate!" I yelled back. Just then the enemy's forces stopped advancing on our position. "What happened!?" I asked to a soldier nearby me.

"The enemy has stopped attacking and they are currently looking around confused!" He answered back.

"Move forward! Take prisoners! They might not be under Herobrine's control anymore!" I yelled as the army rushed forward.

A few hours later:

"Jeff! Any word out of the prisoners?" I asked him.

"They say that the person who was controlling them is now dead," He answered back.

"Mike did it! We won!" Steve yelled getting a loud roar from the troops. The fog started to clear up from the forest and we could start to take in our surroundings now. The area that we had been fighting in was completely ravaged from the battle.

"Thank you everyone who participated in this war! You can go home now!" I yelled to the army and they all started taking their leave.

"Now we just wait for Mike," Ashley stated.

Mike's POV:

Her question made my heart drop. Now I understood what he meant by last attack towards me. He erased her memories. Still her words stung. "It's me. Mike," I said with my head tilted down to where you couldn't see my eyes.

"Mike? That sounds so familiar, but I'm sure we haven't met before. What am I doing here?" She asked.

"You were being held captive by a bad person. I saved you from him," I answered as I picked her up in my arms to carry her out of the now falling down mansion.

"Oh. Thanks then," she said back with a smile. I forced myself to smile back, but I'm pretty sure she say through it. "What's wrong?"

"I feel like I just lost someone very dear to me. That's all," I said looking ahead.

A few hours later:

I carried her through the wreckage of the battle that had taken place. "What happened here?" She asked.

"We got together a small army to come rescue you," I answered back.

"We?" She asked curiously. Just then we walked into the clearing where our group of friends was at. "Guys?! You came to help me?" She asked jumping out of my arms. The three girls, Kennadi, Cupa, and her all mad a big group hug. She pulled away and said, "Hey guys I have someone I want you to meet. This is Mike." She pointed to me.

"Um? We know that's Mike," Kennadi said.

"Really? Then I think we should let him come join our group of friends," she said happily.

"He has always been a part of this group. He was one of the first ones in the group," Cupa said confused.

I walked up next to Josh and with my voice low I said, "I'm going to head back first and make a place for us to sleep for the time being." I could see in his eyes he figured out what had happened.

Josh's POV:

After Mike left everyone looked to me as to what was happening. "Guys. Herobrine wiped Andr's memories of Mike. She doesn't remember him at all," I said looking down at the ground. Everyone took a second of shock before doing the same. She was the only one who was still confused at what was happening.

"What do you mean? Did I know him before?" She asked looking around.

"Yes, yes you did," I answered her. We then tried to tell her what she forgot.
