Josie stepped away from hope, without a word she began to put on her shirt. Hope jumped off the counter and walked to Josie. "Josie?" Josie stopped moving but did not look at her.

Hope sighed, "Jo please look at me." Hope got closer as she was about to hug Josie but all Josie did was step backwards. "I can't. I can't be near you, I can't hug you, or kiss you o-" "Yes you can." Hope said as she interrupted Josie. "You can, because I will let you, I will always let you." Hope said with a sad smile.

"No, you can't do that, you are not allowed to do that. You can't just ask me to disappear from your life, and then the second I get back when I'm finally happy to say you love, I WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO DO THAT!!!"

Josie yelled as she looked Hope in the eyes, everything was silent for a long time, but when Josie was done putting her shirt and doctor coat on and was about to walk out, Hope finally spoke.

"I'm sorry." Josie stopped and Hope continued. "I'm really sorry, I'm sorry for putting you through hell, I'm sorry for telling you I was and never will love you, I'm sorry for choosing Maya, and I'm so sorry that it took you leaving my life for me to understand how much I need and love you."

Hope paused for a moment trying not to let her tears fall, and then she began again. "I'm an idiot, and a coward. Because I let you go, I chose to let the most amazing, wonderful and perfect person go. And I need you to know that when you left I was a mess, I felt like I was dying without you by my side, I felt like my whole world had burned down."

Hope finally let her tears fall and without realizing it Josie was doing the same, Hope took a step towards Josie and held her left hand with her right hand as she began to speak again.

"I need you to know that when I was with you, I never cheated on you, I never slept with Maya or anyone else, I never could." Hope laid her head on Josie's left shoulder. "I miss you Jo, I miss the way you would hold me at night, I miss how you were always there for me. And I love you, I love you with all my heart, and when I saw you after seven years with another woman and a child in your arms , I felt so angry and so hurt, because I want that with you, I want a life and a family with you."

Josie could feel Hope's tears on her shirt. Josie was about to say something but Hope continued to speak. "You need to know that I looked for you, I did every location spell I could find, and when I found out my family helped you leave, I was so angry. And I want to blame them for you finding someone new, but I know it's my fault and you have no idea how much I hate myself for it."

Josie and Hope stood there for a long time, Hope just enjoyed being this close to Josie, but Josie was just letting everything Hope said seenk in and when it finally did, it was her turn to speak.

"I love you Hope, I love you beyond any words could ever explain. I loved you when we were kids, I loved you when I left, I love you now and I will always love you." Josie paused, she took a deep breath and continued.

"I can't explain how many times I laid on our bed and cried to sleep, I can't explain how many times all I ever wanted was for you to look at me the way I would look at you, I gave everything just for you, and in the process I lost everything that I was. But now I found so much more, I built a name for myself, I made a life with no fear or sadness."

Josie finally turned around and made eye contact with Hope. "I dreamed of the day you would come, and tell me you loved me." Josie began to get angry as she said. "I wished for the day when you would come and realize that I was the one for you. But a wish is just like a dream, and this." Josie said, pointing between her and Hope as she said.

"This is reality." "I'm here now, isn't that enough." Hope said as tears fell. Josie chuckled darkly. "And what my job is to run into your arms and throw away everything I have and have worked hard for. No Hope, I won't, so stay with Maya, that's what you've always wanted, and I'll make my life with Wendy."

With that Josie walked out of the room leaving Hope as she cried. "I won't give up on us Josie." Hope whispered, knowing Josie would hear, and indeed she did. Josie stopped, as she listened to Hope's words, she closed her eyes for a moment, and then continued to walk.

Wendy had put her clothes on and walked around the mansion, it was a beautiful place that was filled with so much history of Josie's family. It became clear as she walked the halls that this family was a bond that nobody could ever break.

Wendy had come across a huge portrait of Hope and Josie, Wendy sighed, because anyone with eyes could see the love they both felt for each othe, only Hope as much as she tried even the man who painted this portrait could clearly see how her blue eyes would light up for Josie.

Wendy had enough so she walked outside, admiring how beautiful it was at night, that was until she heard footsteps and looked to the direction where it came from. Her eyes showed no emotion except for fear. "Hello beautiful." Said the voice.

Wendy took a deep breath and said.

"Maya."
