Letting go

Hope had been staying at her office for the past three days and she had been giving the divorce situation a lot of thinking, and even though her heart was telling her not to let go of Josie, she still went on with it.

She was currently at the bar with Ralf, Jed, Ben, Landon, and Kaleb. They were all talking about how amazing it was to finally go out after working day and night. But while everyone was talking, Hope was lost in thought until she finally said.

"I'm divorcing Josie." Hope looked up from the ground and everyone was staring at her with disbelief, until Landon began to speak. "Are you sure about that Hope, Josie loves you more than anything, and though you never show it we all can see how much you love her." "LOVE HER?! She ruined me, she broke me away from the person I actually wanted to be with." She said with anger, Landon looked away because he knew there was no getting through to her, but he knew this was her decision. So all he did was give her a sad smile.

Everyone was silent until Kaleb began to speak after having enough of Hope's stupid behavior. "We all know you don't love Maya so stop acting like you do, and get your shit straight because after this, once Josie signs the divorce papers there's no getting her back." He said with an irritated voice that soon turned to a gentle voice.

"Besides, who on earth would choos Maya over Josie?" Ralf said. And after saying that everyone looked at him so he continued to say. "I mean come on, yeah Maya is hot, but Josie, god she may be the most beautiful woman anyone has ever seen." He said with a huge smile. Everyone was smiling at him, it was no secret that Ralf has always loved Josie since the moment he first saw her when they met back in college.

Hope was so annoyed and angry at all of them, especially at Ralf for having the audacity to say that about HER WIFE!!! So she stood up and angrily yelled at Ralf. "WELL IF YOU WANT HER SO MUCH, YOU CAN HAVE HER." Ralf stood up to say something but Hope continued to say. "That way, YOU CAN MARRY HER." She said as she walked past him, bumping his shoulder on the way. But before Hope could leave, Ralf's next words made her stop in her tracks and the rest of his friends back away.

"If you're serious about that, I will happily take the offer, and I will do anything to take her off your hands and make her fall for me." Hope slowly turned around to look at him, and if Hope was in control she no longer isn't. Her eyes turned yellow and she vamped towards him, and with all her strength sent him flying into the brick wall making him break it in the process.

"Stay the hell away from MY WIFE." And with that she vamps speed away leaving everyone in the bar shocked. Kaleb sighed. "I guess I'm on mine wiping duty." He said with an eye roll making his friends laugh as Jed helped Ralf up.

Hope was driving home, but she couldn't get a grip, the thought of Ralf making Josie fall for him was infuriating. 'He doesn't deserve Josie, he's nothing but a fuck boy. Josie is kind and beautiful and everything amazing in this world, he will never be good enough for her.' Hope thought.
