'It takes only one drink to get me drunk... the trouble is, I can't remember if it's the thirteenth or the fourteenth.'
- George Burns

The night passed and the party guests got even drunker. Again and again they ordered shots and long drinks. Besides, they danced further on the dance floor. In the meantime, Luise had been out more with the Formula 1 drivers and was having fun with them. Sometimes she danced, sometimes they just jumped up and down, and sometimes they tapped from one foot to the other and chatted against the music. In contrast, Héliose was always around strange men and flirting with them. Which was pretty typical for her. Luise nevertheless she was drunk, she was not into something like that at all. She associated it with her bad past, which is why she preferred to stay with those she knew.

When Luise just came back from Héli, because she wanted to make sure she was still okay, she suddenly saw the guys standing around the DJ booth and surprisingly Lando behind it.

"Hey Luise.", Max called out and put his hand on her shoulder.

"I didn't know Lando could do that."

"That man is full of surprises," Daniel said, coming around to her other side.

"Seems so." she laughed.

Lando looked even more interesting and hotter up there than normal. The song changed and he started twirling and pushing all the things she didn't know or understand herself. He was rocking to the music and seemed so happy doing it. When he made the transition, he jerked his hands up and continued moving to the music and interacting with the dance floor.

"Wow. He's really good."

"Yep." said Max, continuing to sway to the music.

The night continued to progress. Lando had stopped DJing after an hour and was now back chatting and dancing with the others. Kelly and Heidi had also decided to join them again and not just sit on the couch.

The music was pounding in their ears. Their field of vision was getting blurry. Max and Luise could barely get a straight line out of their mouth and their bodies automatically went to the music. As they walked, they swayed as if they were two buoys on the ocean, yet they continued to drink shots. Daniel and Charles had decided to stop thirty minutes ago and move to water. Because the two of them were also properly drunk.

Just then they were all tapping from one foot to the other, chatting about whether she would come back to the next races when she saw out in the corner of her eye that Héli was getting stupid ideas.

"Oh shit, Héli has really stupid ideas. She always does when she's drunk."

She tried to wiggle out of the crowd, but swayed violently.

"You're pretty drunk yourself, though. How are you going to stop her now." Lando said amused, and she turned back to him.

"I get that every time," she said convincingly.

Luise actually had to watch Héliose whenever the two of them were out partying together. Sometimes it was the other way around, but less often. Héli always came up with the same idea when she was drunk. Flirt with men and then go outside with one. Once she had done it and had more than regretted it the next morning. They had only kissed, but still she didn't want it to come to anything else. So Luise always made sure that Heli didn't go out with men or that she took them home with her. Just like today.

"Maybe one of us should come along," Lando now said with concern.

Luise looked quizzically and then looked back and forth between the boys. The others were all still bobbing to the music. Charles had a glass of water in his hand and also looked worried. But she didn't need to take him out.
