'The memories we make with our family is erverything.'
- Candace Cameron Bure

The sun hit her face. It literally set her face on fire. Even though she had applied sunscreen, she knew she had to get out of the sun soon. But it was so pleasant how the sun tingled on her naked skin, how her skin heated up and how the mid-sea wind whizzed around her and cooled her skin down again slightly.

Her eyes were closed and her arms lay beside her body. The sea rushed beside her and she could hear her family talking in the background.

She hadn't been this relaxed since she had started training again. She enjoyed spending time with her family on the yacht. Even if she didn't like swimming in the sea. Lying alone in the sun, reading books and simply spending time with her family was the best. And she wouldn't swap it for anything else.

Even if missing almost two weeks of training was not good and didn't play in her favor. But she didn't want to miss out on a family vacation. Because otherwise they hardly had time to go on vacation together. Either her brothers had a race and if her brothers didn't have a race, she had a competition. Plus, their seasons were at different times, so it was difficult to plan.

So they enjoyed the time even more when they were together.

"Hi Lissy." She opened her eyes, surprised, and looked into the eyes of her older brother.

"Hi Enzo," she said challengingly, because she had the feeling he was about to ask her a question.

He smiled and sat down next to her. She sat up too and continued to look at her eldest brother.

"How are you?"

Puzzled by the question, she furrowed her eyebrows. They had been in Sicily for five days now and they had spent all that time together. So he would know how she was.

"Good," she said with a stretch.

"I know that." he laughed, "But generally in your life. I have the feeling you're doing better. You seem balanced. I'll be honest, I didn't expect you to recover so quickly."

He put the word recover in quotation marks with his fingers.

"Yes, I am. Thanks to your help," she smiled. She hadn't thought she would recover from the trauma so quickly either. But this time everything was different. The idea of not staying in Monaco alone had been a good one. She didn't have the chance to fall as far as she had back then. And besides, she had met people who meant a lot to her now. And even a boy she loved more than anything.

"Could it be someone else? Maybe a man?"

She rolled her eyes. She could have guessed that. Of course that was what he was getting at. Even if she was surprised that Charles hadn't told the others yet. After all, he was the one who loved to share the latest gossip. On the other hand, she also knew that she could rely on him. He would never tell anyone a secret. A thing that meant so much to her, which was why she wanted to keep it a secret for now.

"I don't know what you're getting at," she tried to appear uninformed, because even if she would like to tell her brothers, she wanted to reach an agreement with Lando first. They both had to agree when it came to making their relationship more public.

"You sure?" he asked.

She nodded.

"You do know that we're happy about it if there's someone there? Even if it's a friend of Charles who also drives in Formula One."

She swallowed; he knew more than she had thought. Many people probably already knew more than she and Lando had thought.

She thought about it, should she say something? Should she tell her brother? Or should she continue to keep the secret? She was unsure. It was all so new to her. Besides, they weren't really together yet.
