Adrian entered Odilia's office, where she was sitting tensely. He asked her about her well-being, and she replied with a nod that it was not good. He closed the door and said, "I knew something was wrong since I saw you coming out of Lily Rose's room, but what I don't understand is why she's doing this to you. Aren't you her closest friend?"
Odilia replied, "I went to remind her of that, but it didn't help."
Adrian said, "It seems she has her reasons."
Odilia asked, "What's with the tone you're using? You've changed a lot. Am I in trouble now?"
Adrian responded, "What trouble, woman? Have you forgotten I'm mute at home and here?"
Odilia told him to stop and said it wasn't the right time.
Adrian continued, "Not until I find out what happened between you two. Is it because of her ambitions or because she's become a successful woman?"
Odilia asked, "Do you think I'm jealous of her?"
Adrian's faint smile infuriated Odilia, and she asked him to leave.
In school, Sara mentioned to her teacher that she was thinking about suicide, causing her teacher to worry. After school, her teacher accompanied her and offered to go to the cinema or for a walk, but Sara refused, assuring her it was all fine and that her words came from anger, not a real intent. Sara's phone rang, and her father called, but she hung up and informed her teacher that her friend was the caller. They parted ways after her teacher was reassured. As she left the school gate, Sara noticed Lily Rose getting out of her car. She hurried toward her, but Lily caught up and called her, stopping her.
Sara said, "Have your romantic outing come to an end, and now it's time to spy on me?"
Lily replied, "You're being unfair to your father."
Sara responded, "I said 'Dad,' and it's none of your business."
As Lily left, she saw Harry observing them from a distance in his car.
Lily got into the car, and Harry thanked her for trying to reconcile with Sara. Lily replied, "I didn't do it to reconcile, all I want is to prevent your relationship from deteriorating further." Lily tried to leave the car, but Harry insisted on staying, saying he believed her and wanted to find out who did this to her.
Lily said it was complicated and didn't want to involve him in another mess, but Harry insisted he could handle it. When he got closer and looked at her lips, they kissed, and Lily pulled away, left the car, and departed.
At the Groger mansion, Simon returned, and his father asked about his business. Simon assured him everything was fine. As Simon was leaving again to meet Eva, the maid brought coffee to Mr. Tom and informed him about the misplaced dental floss. Simon, trying to distract his father, mentioned his toothbrush was missing as well. This confused both of them, and they exchanged glances.
While Harry complained to Adrian about his daughter's behavior, he hid most of his concerns, especially about the Gruquerc family. Adrian joked, "I run away from them, and you're talking about them?"
Harry said he wanted to know more about them, especially on New Year's Eve 2006, and whether Adrian noticed anything strange.
Adrian asked, "Strange? What do you mean?"
Before Harry could respond, there was a knock at the door, and his daughter, Sara, entered. After Sara informed him about what she overheard, Harry became worried and repeatedly tried to call Sara, but with no response. At that time, Sara entered a music café and looked around until she saw a young man in his twenties, dressed in black, with tanned skin and blue eyes. She approached him and his friends and asked, "Haven't you offered me a ride in your new car, Mr. Oliver? Is the offer still on?"
