As Adhya arrived home, the entire family gathered at the doorstep, and Priya performed the aarti to welcome her. Adhya took blessings from the elders and embraced her brothers warmly. They all gathered in the living room, and Abhi was absent, as he thought she would come tomorrow, but this was her surprise.

Prem inquired with affection, "So, how is our princess doing?" as he patted her head. Adhya replied with a bright smile, "I'm doing well, Papa. I missed you all so much. I missed home."

Her words elicited a collective "aww" from everyone in the room. However, Adhya's mother remarked, "If you missed home so much, you shouldn't have left in the first place."

Adhya shifted uncomfortably in her seat, and just as the atmosphere was becoming tense, Surya, raised his voice slightly. He instructed, "Sanaya, go and prepare dinner, make all her favorite dishes," more as an order. Sanaya, feeling irritated, headed to the kitchen.

Surya turned his attention back to Adhya, his tone gentle, and said, "Don't pay too much attention to your mother's words, princess. You must be tired from your journey. Go and take some rest."

Adhya nodded and began to get up, but her brother Sid playfully caught her hand, saying, "Di, you're forgetting something." She teasingly responded, "No, Bhai, I didn't forget anything." Sid whined cutely, "Di, yaar please," which made everyone laugh. Adhya then said, "I'll freshen up first, and then I'll give you your gifts, okay?" Sid eagerly nodded in agreement.

While Adhya went to her room to freshen up, Akkash texted Abhi, informing him that Adhya had arrived safely. Abhi, who had initially expected her to arrive the next day, immediately canceled all his appointments and headed home. In the living room, the family was engaged in conversations, and Priya brought some snacks for everyone. She noticed Abhi standing there, looking a bit lost. She chuckled and suggested, "Abhi, why don't you sit and talk to them? Adhya went to fresh up, she will join us soon." Abhi nodded.

Abhi couldn't wait any longer, so he made his way to Adhya's room. As he reached the door, it swung open, and they accidentally bumped into each other, both hitting their heads. Adhya, rubbing her head in pain, looked up in surprise and said, "Maan, I thought you were at the office."

Abhi swiftly lifted her and carried her inside, closing the door behind him. He teased her, "What, only you know how to surprise?" Raising an eyebrow, he pinned her against the wall, caging her with his hands on either side.

Adhya couldn't help but laugh as she said, "What are you doing? We need to go downstairs. Come on," she said, trying to move him. However, he didn't budge. He responded with a husky voice, "Baby, you need to receive your punishment."

Adhya looked at him, her eyes meeting his filled with desire. She playfully asked, "Wait, why?" Abhi didn't give her an answer; instead, he moved his head closer to hers, their breaths mingling, and only an inch separated their lips. He gazed into Adhya's eyes, seeking her consent. Adhya gave a slight nod, and that was all he needed. He crushed his lips against hers in a passionate and dominating kiss, filled with hunger and desire, more like a form of sweet punishment.

There was a knock at the door, startling Adhya, but Abhi didn't budge as he continued the kiss. On the other side, Sid called out, "Di, everyone is waiting for you!" he shouted.

Abhi released her as she ran out of breath. He laughed and first replied to Sid, "We'll be down in a minute," before turning to Adhya, who was still struggling to catch her breath. Abhi slowly whispered, "Breathe, angel."

Adhya took a few deep breaths, trying to calm her racing heart. She looked into Abhi's eyes, her voice shaky as she spoke, "Whenever you're close to me, my body doesn't listen to me, Maan. My heart beats faster, my skin tingles, and it just pulls me closer to you. I can hardly breathe properly."
