Adhya POV:

As we had a bath, the pain reduced a little. While getting ready, I applied a bit of makeup that matched my white kurthi. I was in the middle of applying sindoor when Maan came, taking the vermilion from me. I looked at him as he took a pinch of it, applying it to my forehead. Some of it fell on my nose again, and tears filled my eyes, thinking about our marriage day.

He cupped my cheek, asking, "What happened, angel?" I shook my head, saying, "Nothing, Maan. These are just happy tears." He looked confused, wiping my tears. I smiled a little, saying, "I am glad that I was born into this family, which made you my husband. I couldn't wish for more."

He placed a kiss on my forehead, saying, "I thank you for coming into this world for me, angel." I smiled heartfully as he said, "I don't know why, but I feel so happy seeing your mangalsutra on your neck and sindoor on your forehead. It tells the world that you belong to me." I nodded, hugging him tight.

I pulled back, saying, "Well, that's not fair." He asked, "What's not?" I pointed out, "I have these to indicate that I belong to you. Then what about you?" He chuckled, showing his ring finger. I shook my head, saying, "That's not enough."

He asked, "Then what are you going to do?" I smirked sinisterly. He placed an arm between us, saying, "Angel, don't." I ran after him, shouting, "Maan, if you don't stop right now, I promise I will sleep in Papa's room tonight." He stopped, glaring at me.

I motioned him to come near me, and as he did, I climbed onto his toes to match his height. I pulled his neck and gave him a love bite as he groaned. I smirked, pulling back. He said, "You will pay for what you did, angel." I stuck my tongue out at him, and we both went downstairs.

He wore a black shirt, buttoned up until the collar button so that nobody sees the bite I gave. Everybody was in the living room, and all my brothers were ready to go out. I sat between Papa and Baba as Papa patted my head, saying, "Good morning, princess." I replied, "Very good morning, Papa."

Sid turned to Abhi, asking, "Bhai, it is so hot. Why did you button your collar too?" Abhi said, "It's none of your business." Sid snorted, saying, "Typical brothers." I chuckled as my dad asked me, "What is it that you're laughing so hard about, princess?" I shook my head, saying, "Nothing, Baba." I looked at Abhi, smirking. He smirked back, and okay, now that's a bad sign. He removed his collar button.

As I gulped, Maa came from the dining hall, saying, "Breakfast is ready." We all went in to have breakfast. Priya Maa and Mom served everyone. Priya Maa looked at Abhi and asked, "What happened to your neck, Abhi?" Okay, I was done. I wanted to dig a hole here and die out of embarrassment.

He smirked, saying, "Oh, that, choti maa. Someone was feeling possessive early in the morning." Sid looked at it, saying, "Di, you gave him a love bite! Oh my God." My face became bright red. Suddenly, my body felt so hot, burning, as Rohan bhai hit Sid, saying, "They are married, you idiot." Everyone chuckled, covering their faces. I bet I know what everyone is thinking.

I got up, saying, "Excuse me, I will be back in a minute." Anandh asked, "Di, are you all right? Your face is too red." I nodded a little as Abhi pulled my hand, making me sit back on the chair. He cupped my face, tilting me to him, saying, "There is no need to feel embarrassed, angel. I am proud to show the world that I am your husband." I pushed him a little, whispering, "Maan, stop it." He took a plate, feeding me, and said, "I dare anyone here to comment about it," glaring at Sid, who looked away.

Anandh gave Abhi a thumbs up, saying, "I love the way you love her, bhai." I glared at Anandh, and he asked, "What? He's a walking green flag." I slapped my head, and Akkash asked, "What, Di? Is he not?" I shook my head, saying, "He's not a green flag, but a green forest, and that's why I married him."
