This morning I noticed a lot less girls wearing skanky clothes and more families spending their mornings together before their husbands left to go and fight off whatever threat was out there.
I smile as I watch Tara with her boys and Jax, she had told me so much about him while he was away and now that his finally back I'd never seen her happier "Morning" a rough voice says as someone sits beside me.

I look to my right seeing Happy who was already looking right back at me "morning" I say quietly. For some reason whenever I was around him I felt nervous but turned on all at the same time "did you sleep well?" I ask him hoping to break the silence he scrunch's his face and I frown "god I'm sorry I should've slept on the couch" he chuckles slightly shaking his head "don't worry about it little girl, I've slept in places worse than that couch" I frown looking at my feet as if the were the most interesting thing in the world I look back up at him "you didn't have to let me stay in there.. you don't know me I honestly expected to sleep on the floor somewhere" he stays silent for a moment deciding what to say as his eyes stare into my I feel my heart thudding "I wanted to, no more questions" with that he lit a cigarette and Two of the club members came over to talk to him while I awkwardly slipped away even more confused than ever I was putting way to much thought into this I didn't know the guy and we have barely had a proper conversation I sigh walking outside to get some fresh air I felt like a lion trapped in a cage I wasn't used to staying in one stop for this long with this many people and not having my own space it was suffocating I sit on the picnic table and sigh one things for sure being stuck here has given me a different perspective on other peoples lives.

Growing up my parents biggest concern was which bank account was holding the most money ... Tara's family had an obvious complete different lifestyle and it almost made me worried for her safety if she hadn't of spoken so highly the sons then I probably would've called the cops by now and gotten the hell out of here "you okay kiddo?" A voice interrupts my thoughts and I see Gemma and her husband Clay walking out of the office I smile softly nodding "just needed some air" she nods and pats Clays shoulder "baby this is Tara's friend Katey the one I told you about" the man nods to me "right of course , how you holding up, my boys been treating you well?" I nod with a small smile "yes of course everyone has been nice" he nods and looks at Gemma kissing her softly "I've gotta go round up these idiots baby" she hugs him "you be safe and look after my boys" he chuckles "of course mamma" he smiles at me before walking off and Gemma sighs "I'll be in my office , come hang out later if Tara and Lyla drive you crazy" i giggle nodding and the boys all flood out of the clubhouse walking to their bikes to leave for the day Tara walks with Jax and Clay talking to them before turning to Jax and kissing him goodbye "do me a favour" Happy says from next to me making me look away from my bestfriend and up to him "what?" He clenches his jaw "don't leave the yard and stay inside once we're gone" he stares into my eyes again and it's like I could see his entire soul. Whatever they were going to do he was nervous for whatever reason .. I'm still not even sure what the danger is in this situation "of course" he nods before walking to his bike and leaving me with more questions than I already had.

"No no I can't believe you thought NSYNC were better than the Backstreet Boys" Tara says laughing as her Lyla and I baked choc chip cookies in the kitchen "please Justin Timberlake was every girls imaginary boyfriend and you know it!" Lyla defends "guys your missing the fact here, Destiny's Child always wins" I state making them both nod in agreement "yeah your not wrong, those girls have some lungs on them" Lyla says sighing "god I hope the guys put this shit to an end I really am going crazy sharing one room with Opie and the three kids" Tara nods "I think Abel woke Jax and I up at 3am asking for breakfast" I laugh shaking my head "look I have to say it but I slept like a baby" they roll their eyes and Lyla laughs "I still can't believe he slept on the couch" I shrug and dig my finger in the batter tasting it as Tara slapped my hands away "stop if you keep eating it you'll get sick and there will be none left to bake" I poke my tongue out and hear the rumble of motorcycles as both girls faces light up making me smile as they ran out of the kitchen leaving the cake batter behind and giving me the opportunity to eat another spoonful.
