It was our last night in L.A and the conference was over and I wanted to show Tara a night out in L.A, I had a new found confidence within my career and Tara and I were buzzing as we get ready to go out clubbing "I haven't gone out clubbing since way before Thomas was born"  Tara states giddily making me smile at her she was such a loving and caring mother but it was nice to see her get out and have some fun "that's because there's no proper night clubs in Charming" I laugh as I straighten my hair, I was wearing a cute black dress that had buttons down the front And showed off abit of cleavage

I felt sexy and confident "well there's definitely strip clubs" she states making me scrunch my face "ew T cmon get real" she giggles and I hear Andrew call out "is the coast clear?" I roll my eyes smiling at Tara "it's safe to come in Drew" he strolls in and whistles "wow you girls scrub up okay" he smirks bumping my hip with his as he continues "Adam is at his club tonight so his invited us into his private area" I couldn't wait, Adam was my brothers bestfriend and basically like another brother "we will be ready in five minutes" he nods looking at his watch "I'll go get the car ready"

Once we were at the club Tara and I had persuaded her into having multiple shots and we slowly downing cocktails one by one as the night went on.

we showed her how 'rich kids party' as Adam had said to her a few times throughout the night Adam paid for bottle service to show off as he did own the place and Eventually Adam,Tara and Andrew found there way to the dance floor "I'll meet you over there" I say feeling slightly too drunk and needing a moment to collect myself. I smile as I watch my bestfriend have the time of her life dancing with a group of strangers "you're a hard girl to catch" I sigh internally as I hear Roberts voice from beside me I look up at him feeling myself instantly sober up "when I'm trying to not be caught that happens" he chuckles taking this as an invitation to sit down "you look beautiful tonight" he shouts over the music checking me out and in the past that would've been enough to make me blush but not anymore I get up to leave and he catches my wrist making me stop and face him "Rob please I don't want to do this again" I say almost pleading he shakes his head "I don't want to fight Katey I need you to know I still love you" before I can say anything were interrupted "is there a problem here?" I feel relief wash through me as Rob lets go and my brothers arm goes around my shoulders as he pulls me into his own side  Robert sighs and shakes his head getting up "nah brother we're all good here" he states before looking me dead in the eyes "I love you Katey just remember that"  I glare at him TWICE, Twice now he had ruined my time in L.A "you okay Katey I came over as soon as I seen him" my brother stressed and I nod look at him with a devilish grin "let's get wasted"

The next day my head was pounding as we walked through the airport I was suffering through the hangover of a lifetime meanwhile Tara looked fine although she didn't stay up partying with the boys till 4am like I had before a 10am flight "I want to crawl into bed and die I groan  as we walk to the baggage claim "you insisted on staying up" Tara mocks in her mum voice and I roll my eyes  as I finally spot my bag grabbing it quickly  as Tara finds her bag "who's picking  us up?" I ask as we walk outside she sighs "Gemma apparently the boys are out handling business" I don't even bother asking more questions as I see Gemma's Cadillac ahead I sigh happily almost running to the car , a hot bath and my warm bed were calling my name. "you look like shit baby girl" Gemma laughed as she seen me I groan "I feel like shit Gem" Tara giggles from beside me "she stayed up drinking till 4am" Gemma raised her eyebrows as I lifted my suitcase into her car "you would give some of the boys a run for their money girlie, alright let's get you girls home"

I had closed my eyes on the trip to Charming as Tara and Gemma chatted away thinking I was asleep "how was the trip?" Gemma asked as Tara explained some of the things we went to before they went silent for abit which I highly appreciated as the pounding in my head never seemed to fade but after 5 minutes Gemma spoke again "I heard Katey was ignoring Killas phone calls the other night?" Killa ? Happy .. why Killa ? "Yeah she did" Tara says sighing "god Gemma I felt so sorry for her... her mother and ex ambushed her in some kind of tactic to try and convince her to take him back" I wince slightly it was true but even I was still shocked they had done it "Jesus what did she say" Gemma asked as my eyes remained closed "she was mad I've never seen her mad like that Gemma and then she just got really upset" i was worried to go to the conference for the main reason being I wasn't ready to see my ex and yet the one thing I didn't want to happen happened regardless..

And now I'm hung over because that asshole pissed me off again.

I guess in a way he was getting the last laugh but at the same time the closer I got to Charming the more I could feel my problems slipping away again.
