Leah was born September 17th, 1978 to the fearsome parents, Lord Voldemort and Bellatrix Leatrange. The Dark Lord had desired an heir to share his power with and Bellatrix was more than willing to give him a child despite her marriage to Rodolphus. When Leah came screaming into this world, Voldemort could merely look on in disgust. He had hoped for a son but he was getting a squealing baby girl. He left the room, leaving Rodolphus to comfort his wife.
"Shhhh, Bella. It will be alright, I promise. She will be my child. We will raise her together." He squeezed her hand and wiped the sweat from her brow. She took her newborn daughter in her arms and together they gazed at the baby who was given the name Leah Rosemarie Lestrange.
But the Dark Lord was not satisfied. Still he wanted someone to share his power. A son. So they tried again. Bella was still eager to please and Rodolphus knew better than to deny his master. Yet the result was the same. Two years later, Leah had two sisters, Daphne and Amber. All three of them were given the protection of the Lestrange name and were meant to be raised as such.
Then tragedy struck.
On October 31st, 1980, the Dark Lord met his downfall in the form of little Harry Potter. Shortly after, Bellatrix and Rodolphus and many other Death Eaters were rounded up and sent to Azkaban. The three daughters of the Dark Lord were sent to live with Aunt Narcissa, Uncle Lucius, and baby Cousin Draco.
All three of them grew up in grace and beauty. Leah became the spitting image of her mother; black hair, green eyes, pale and beautiful beyond compare. Daphne was short with dark brown hair and eyes to match, reminding everyone of her grandmother Druella Black. And Amber was tall and slim with bronze hair and and hazel eyes, making her look more Gaunt than anything.
From an early age, all three girls showed signs of great magical talents. It was clear they would go on to be great witches. No one knew their true parentage. Everyone believed the lie that Rodolphus was their rightful father. No one dared to imagine that they were the daughters of the Dark Lord.
