Ami and Damian had gotten home. He puts her on the table and he walks around the apartment picking up things off the floor and tidying up a bit.
While he was tidying up he starts talking. He tries to cut the tension before he tells her the news.
"Ami, this week you guys aren't going to gather. Deal?"(Damian tries to say it in the nicest way possible)
"What?"(Ami was a bit shocked)
"Hear me out, Hear me out"(Damian tries to calm her down)
Damian stops what he's doing and goes up to Ami.
"This week you guys are going to only spend time with the dads and other giants."(Damian)
'Dads?'(Ami thinks)
'Let me not think about it too hard.'(Ami)
"Is that weird to hear?"(Damian chuckles)
"No."(Ami lies)
"Good, because that's what we are to you guys from now."(Damian gets closer to her face)
Ami felt a bit intimidated but she knew him enough that he's not going to do anything.
"Ok."(Ami)
"Now let's go to sleep. Wake up before 8 tomorrow."(Damian)
'I always wake up at 6. What is he talking about?'(Ami)
Ami was brought to her house.
She saw the text from Mina and put her response.
Ami felt a bit weird but she just went to sleep.
As usual she woke up at 6.
She doesn't know what she's going to do so she just reads a book.
Her communicator rang. When she opened it they were all weirded out that Ami just called Damian a dad. Ami felt weird about it. When Damian was saying it sounded so forceful but also seemed like a joke. But if he did mean it in a forceful way, is she forced to think of him as a dad?
She felt a bit scared about that. If she thinks about what Maho no Kuni has done to the girls and they were forced to think that Maho no Kuni does everything for them and now Damian is part of her family?
Although Ami said what she said in the group chat she was the one that felt the most weird about it.
Not just weird. She felt forced and manipulated.
She started to cry quietly.
At this moment she started to miss her real parents back on Earth.
Even though her parents were divorced she still loved her dad so much.
It took her about an hour to stop crying which was around 7:10.
Ami gets ready for the day.
Importantly washes her face. She doesn't want anyone to know how she felt.
Ami hears a knock on Damian's door and Damian opening the door.
She hears Serena come in.
'Why is she here?'(Ami)
"Ami, come out here."(Damian calls to her gently)
Even though he said it nicely chills ran down Ami's spine.
Everything Damian does now feels a bit controlling.
Ami came out to the balcony and sees Damian, Darien and Serena looking down at her smiling.
"Ami, today you'll spend time with them, Ok?"(Damian)
"Ok. Let's go!"(Serena picks up Ami)
They all walk out of Damian's apartment.
Ami tried to fix her mood to match the atmosphere.
"What do you want to do today, Ami?"(Serena)
"I don't know. Anything you want to do"(Ami says quietly)
"Ami, are you alright?"(Darien)
Ami tries to straighten up and wake up more.
"Yea,"(Ami)
"Huh?"(Serena and Darien)
"I'm fine, guys. Don't worry about me. I want to drink Oolong tea."(Ami starts freaking and stuttering with her words)
Darien takes Ami from Serena and brings her up to his eyes to get his point across sternly.
"Ami, we're going to get you your oolong tea. But after that, you tell us what's going on."(Darien)
Ami sighs defeatedly.
They make it to the cafe. They all get their drinks and they sit at a table.
Serena and Darien watch Ami mind her business sipping on her tea and nibbling on a piece of cake that they got for her to bribe her a bit.
"Ami, we're waiting. We aren't leaving here until we get our answers."(Darien)
Ami started to gain some boldness and things to say.
"Well, I guess we are here forever, because whatever I say, you'll tell Damian."(Ami says a bit angrily)
"No we won't. I promise"(Serena)
"Why should I trust that?"(Ami)
"It doesn't matter if you trust it or not. You have to tell us."(A voice from behind)
Ami looked behind her and sees Amara, Michelle and Tristan.
"Hey guys. You guys are here finally."(Serena says happily)
"Let's go to the conference room. I feel like we should talk."(Amara says to Serena)
"I agree. Let's go."(Serena)
