New Sailor Story

Episode 24: Ami's Week pt.3

Damian had brought Ami home.
Serena and Darien told Damian things that Ami had said.
"Aww, is that so? I'm sorry Ami. I shouldn't have said it like that. I'll try to be better about it"(Damian hugging Ami while saying that)
Ami was in bed ready to sleep.
She thinks about everything that has happened. She literally told them not to tell Damian. She is a bit angry about it. But the response she got from Damian was unexpected.
"See, Ami? There was nothing to worry about. He's understanding and he says he'll try to improve"(Darien)
It all played in her head.
"I know that you didn't want us to tell him. But we knew that he wouldn't be offended. He rather be told things like this rather than you trying to hide it."(Serena)
"That's right, Ami. I know that it's cliche but we keep saying it because you don't let it go. And I know that you have the strength to forgive. You have it in you. You have forgiven the worst and that's one of your biggest strengths."(Damian says gently)
Ami stressed out, tries to go to sleep.

Day two
Ami gets up 30 minutes before Damian everyday.
But today she woke up at around 3am.
Just in case she checks to see if he's walking around or awake.
She peeks and sure enough he is asleep.
There's almost no way to escape the apartment but she had to find a way. She needs a place to relax. She was about to go crazy.
Now that she had thought about it, she had never tried opening the apartment door. Maybe it's easier than she would think.
Quietly as possible she transformed. She flew out of her house and to the apartment door.
She tried to turn the door lock. That was easier that she thought. The door knob was one with a handle. So she used her body to turn it enough to open the door. Best as she can, she closed the door.
Then she flew out of the castle to go to where she wanted to go.

At 6:30am
Damian heard the door squeak which woke him up.
He saw that the door wasn't closed for some reason. He panicked and looked at Ami's house. He went to her house and looked inside.
"Oh no."(Damian)

Damian paces back and forth.
Should he ask for help? Should he alert everyone? He wants to find her by himself so that he doesn't stress her out but what if she ran away?
Damian felt like a complete fail. The last time a scout tried to escape was when Rei first arrived.
Maybe Ami has been feeling this way for a long time and never wanted to tell anybody about it. Not even the scouts.

For Ami's safety, he calls Tiana.
"Hello?"(Tiana)
"Tiana? We have a slight problem, but I don't want to alert everyone."(Damian)
"What is it?"(Tiana)
"I don't know where Ami is."(Damian says slowly)
"What? But it's the morning"(Tiana)
"But it's my fault! I didn't watch her enough."(Damian)
"Ok, on the map it says that she's at the beach..."(Tiana)
"Let me check surveillance to see what she is doing."(Tiana zooms into the map)
"What is she doing?"(Damian)
"Oh, it seems like she's just standing there looking at the sea. Seems like she's just taking in some sunlight and some breeze"(Tiana says relieved)
"Huh, that's not bad...I wonder if she wants me to find her."(Damian)
"I'll go to her."(Tiana)
"No, Tiana please. I think she wants to meditate. Talking to her will make her stressed out."(Damian)
"But she broke the rules, Damian."(Tiana)
"I know, but please just let it slide this time."(Damian)
"Don't worry. I'll be civil to her."(Tiana)
"How about we both meet there?"(Damian)
"Very well."(Tiana)

At the beach. They both arrive.
They stand way behind Ami observing her.
"What happened?"(Tiana)
"Oh, she's stressed out now. She finds it hard to accept me as part of her family. She misses her family back home. That's basically what it is."(Damian)
"I see. Let's go to her"(Tiana)

Ami had arrived at the beach. She just wanted some peace and quiet to think about everything.
"Ami?"
Ami looked behind her and she looked up.
Damian and Tiana were both standing near her looking down at her.
But it didn't seem like they were trying to intimidate her.
First Tiana squat down to be more eye level.
"Ami, you know better than to go off somewhere on your own."(Tiana says very calmly)
Damian sat down on the sand with his legs straightened in front of him.
"That's right. If you wanted to come to the beach you could've asked and we could've gone together."(Damian)
Ami just sighed.
"Did you want to be alone?"(Damian)
"Yes"(Ami)
"I understand, but it's not safe for you to be out here without anyone knowing."(Damian)
"Tiana, we're good. You can go now."(Damian)
Tiana left.
"Hey, let's go get something to eat. You haven't had any breakfast yet had you?"(Damian)
They go to a stand with Takoyaki.
And take some and go back near the water.
They sit next to each other.
Damian shared his Takoyaki with her.
"Tastes good no?"(Damian)
Ami nods.
"So did you like being with the Trinity?"(Damian)
"It was ok."(Ami)
"Really? Tell me more."(Damian)
"Mmm."(Ami hesitates)
Damian starts to get a little mischievous.
"I'll throw you into the water."(Damian said smug)
Damian snapped his fingers and Ami's outfit turned into a cute dress swimsuit.
Ami gasped.
Damian snatched her up and threw her into the more shallow water.
Ami walked out of the water.
"Damian!"(Ami)
"Wasn't that fun?"(Damian)
Damian changed in to swimsuits.
Ami splashed water on him.
They spent the rest of the day messing around in the water and relaxing on the beach.
