Episode 39: Sailor Scout Meeting pt 1

In the Sailor lounging room.
"So Lita how was it with the trinity?"(Rei)
"Not too bad. Except they put me under a spell and I was asleep for way too long. It seems like I get put to sleep a lot..."(Lita)
"Amen, Sister. Me and you the same."(Mina)

They all look at Ami's demeanor.
"Ami, are you ready to talk about it?"(Rei)
"Mm. I do want to...but it's so hard to explain."(Ami)
"Take it one by one. Start by with what happened."(Lita)
Ami tells them about Druig and then the dispatching of everyone.
"And then we went to Europe. We sat around. And then they asked me what I wanted...and I kept telling them that I want Damian to choose. I really don't want to be the one to pressure him. They kept on trying to get the answer out of me. So I finally told them that...Ajak is more useful to Damian's life than I am...."(Ami)
"Ami! You don't really think about that too much do you?"(Mina)
"I didn't. Not until that point."(Ami)
"Ok, we will try to hold all questions till the end."(Lita)
"So I told them that Ajak is more contributing to him. And then Darien tried to tell me that emotions matter much more than who contributes to his life more because he said that I'm closer to Damian than Ajak is. And then I said Ajak is more for him than I am."(Ami)
"Ok..slow down. What were you feeling on the inside during that whole conversation."(Rei)
Ami paused for a good two minutes.

Meanwhile in Tiana's lab.
All the adults were in the lab and they've been listening to the scouts conversation through AV surveillance. Did the scouts know that they're being spied on? No.
This video was very technological. You can pause it while you watch live and continue from where you left off. So no matter what you were gonna get the scouts' full conversation.
"Ok pause right there. I have something to say."(Darien)
Tiana paused the live footage.
"Damian. Keep in mind that this is when we realized that, she doesn't trust your love. She thinks that if you stay here you'll think about Ajak so much to the point that you'll ignore her and if you don't stay here, you guys won't stay in touch."(Darien)
"Oh Ami..."(Damian says pitifully)
"So far, have you made a decision to stay or leave?"(Tiana)
"Mostly yes. I'll probably choose to stay."(Damian)
"Do you know what the deciding factor is?"(Kakyuu)
"Well, I definitely don't want to break Ami's heart. I feel like, that's more important to me."(Damian)
"Ok, continue to play the footage"(Darien)

Footage continues*
"So what were you feeling on the inside?"(Rei)
"I felt resentful towards Ajak. I felt like she wins over me by a mile."(Ami)
Everyone in the lab gasps.
"In what way? You think Damian likes her more than you?"(Lita)
"That one I don't know. But I feel like no matter how much he'd pay attention to me...the thought of Ajak will keep distracting him. But also, she's so kind, wise and I mean look at the difference between me and her. One thing I told asked her was...if Damian chooses to be with her, then please don't make Damian work too much. I'm more work for him but Ajak would be so helpful..."(Ami starts to sob)

Damian starts to tear up.
"She also said that she was never grateful for anything you did, so, she feels like she did nothing compared to Ajak."(Darien)
"Well I don't even care if she was ungrateful. I still cared about her so much."(Damian)

"I have an idea."(Rei)
All the adults looked up at the screen.
"What's that?"(Mina)
"Remember the fairy that I always talk about?"(Rei)
Everyone including the adults were intrigued.
"What if we all just fly out of here and look for that world?"(Rei says suspiciously)
The adults all gasped.
Amara gets up from her seat.
"Oh no, they're not."(Amara)
"Hang on,"(Kakyuu tries to calm her down)
"Are you kidding? How will we get anywhere with these trackers on?"(Lita)
"We can just hide them somewhere"(Rei says confidently)
Everyone in the lab felt their blood start to boil. But part of them don't want the scouts to know that they've been spying.
"We have to stop them!"(Seiya)
"Ok hold on, let's think this through."(Hawk)
They all look back at the screen.
"Well, how and when are we going to get there?"(Lita)
"I say we go when everyone is sleeping. And I say it's perfect time to put my new skill to use. It's not perfect but..."(Rei puts out her hand and she forms the portal that she learn on sanctum sanctorum)
"Woahh! You've been knowing how to do that?"(Mina)
"Ok, I can't take it anymore."(Yaten almost loses her cool and almost left the lab)
"Wait! Wait! No! Stop. Let's think it through"(Serena)
Helios raises his hand.
"Can I just follow behind them?"(Helios)
"Ok, that's like textbook spying"(Darien)
"Well, someone needs to be there to look after their bracelet."(Helios)
"What? No! They can't be going in the first place."(Michelle)
"Well they're trying to help out Ami. Ami is really sad right now. You never know if that's what she needs."(Helios)
"Ok well we shouldn't be spying on them without them knowing. I think we should tell them and tell them that we can accompany them."(Henrique)
"And then make them uncomfortable all the time?"(Darien)
"Don't you think when they have deeper conversations and they have more of them and they won't feel worse when we hear a lot of them rather than this fifth one?"(Terence)

So it seems like the dads don't want to keep it a secret that they are spying but everyone else doesn't want to tell them.

"Ok. Let's plan this out."(Tiana)
"Ok, so if they are going to portal out of their room, how do we follow them?"(Helios)
"Do we have a clue on where they're going?"(Serena)
"Well one fairy that Rei befriended with was in neverland"(Tiana)
"Ok how about other places?"(Hawk)
"I don't think so. Let me call the trinity"(Tiana)
Tiana boots up a video call with the trinity.
"Hey Sora. Do you know other fairies besides the one in neverland."(Tiana)
"Well no why?"(Sora)
"Oh, ok. Thanks for the info. I'll tell you information if we need you for something. It's just complicated to talk about."(Tiana)
"Do you need help with something?"(Sora)
"Well our scouts are all planning to sneak out. We think it's to go to Neverland."(Tiana)
"How do you know they are sneaking out?"(Donald)
"...that's a matter for later. If you are able, can you go to neverland and look after them? We will send someone there as well."(Tiana)
"Well I guess we have time for a detour"(Goofy)
"Thank you guys so much. Here's a gift."(Tiana sends them all new weapons)
"You're too kind! Thank you!"(Sora)

"So there's our plan. Since we can track their bracelets. We can track where they're putting them."(Tiana)
"Ok. This will work."(Helios)
"I think just in case we set a bench near where their lounge is and Helios can sit there and pretend to look at a book and when they walk by he can ask them where they're going. There's a small chance that they won't portal directly out of their lounge but just in case."(Serena)
"I agree"(Darien)
They all look back at the surveillance.
"Wait, don't they call us back to our apartments when it's time for bed?"(Lita)
"Ughh. Last time I fell asleep here they didn't bat an eye."(Mina)

"You don't know that, Mina"(Trista grumbled)

"Ok, but what do we do if they do?"(Lita)
The scouts looked a little stumped.
"Ok then. I say let's go now."(Rei)

Everyone in the lab gasped.
"Umbreon!"(Tiana)
"Umbreon"(Umbreon came over)
"Use mean look on them!"(Tiana)
Umbreon went in front of the lounge door while everyone watched the surveillance.

All the scouts glowed momentarily. They all were surprised.
"What just happened?"(Rei)
"I don't know, let's just go."(Mina)

"You're not going anywhere"(Amara clenched her fist)
Rei tried to make a portal.
They all tried to go through but a force field was blocking them.
"Huh?"(Rei)
Mina tried to go through again.
"Why is it not working?"(Mina)
"Do you think your portal isn't working?"(Lita)
Rei looked bummed out.
"I guess I really didn't learn how to do it"(Rei looked discouraged)
