New Sailor Story

Episode 36: New Missions! pt 1

Serena and the Starlights were at the cafe just catching up.
"So, how did Tiana ask you guys to come here?"(Serena)
"Actually, our princess got in contact with Tiana through magical measures"(Seiya)
"Well, it's good to see you guys again."(Serena)
"Where are Mina and Rei?"(Taiti)

Helios went to go talk to Rei and Mina. They were standing on a table.
"Hello, Rei and Mina. Long time no see."(Helios says smiling)
"Hi..."(Rei hugged Mina and was really shy)
Helios lightly pinched Rei's cheek and then left.
Mina and Rei were awkward because, how are they going to get off the table? It seems like too much of a hassle to transform just to get off the table.
"Hey girls...need some help?"(Sailor Kakyuu walked up to them)
"...Perhaps...We want to get off the table."(Mina said awkwardly)
Sailor Kakyuu picked them both up and put them down.
Mina and Rei started walking.
"Where are you guys going to go?"(Sailor Kakyuu followed them with her hands behind her back)
"I don't know. Somewhere quiet.."(Rei)
"I understand. It's a bit much for all of us to arrive at the same time...a lot of things are changing."(Sailor Kakyuu)
Mina and Rei started to open up to the motherly nature of Sailor Kakyuu. She was gentle and since they knew her beforehand it was easier to talk to her.
"Do you want to come to my apartment?"(Sailor Kakyuu)
"...ok.."(Mina said)

Kakyuu brought them to her apartment where they discovered something shocking.
"Chibi Chibi?"(Chibi Chibi has arrived too?!)
"HUH?!?!"(Rei and Mina)
"That's right. She's going to live here now too. And she lives in my apartment of course"(Kakyuu)
Mina and Rei look at each other.
"ok...that's fine I guess."(Rei)
"She can leave the apartment if you guys want her to."(Kakyuu)
"That would be lovely..."(Mina)

Chibi left the apartment to get to know the land.
Rei and Mina sat on the kitchen table while Kakyuu made dinner.
"So, how do you feel about all the change?"(Rei)
"I feel overwhelmed of course...Do I mind it? Not really. At least it's people that we know. But..."(Mina)
"But what?"(Rei)
"The starlights.."(Mina)
"I know..."(Rei)
"Their persona and how they treat people are just like the outer senshis. Just more people I want to avoid...No biggie. But I definitely don't want to talk with them yet."(Mina)
"Are they really?"(Kakyuu)
"Yea. Do you think that Maho no Kuni will be more crowded?"(Mina)
"Not really. I think that they'll make it more roomie."(Rei)
"They will."(Kakyuu)
"Princess? Do you think it was necessary to shrink us?"(Mina)
"Hmm. Well I don't think that it was a bad idea. You guys are a lot stronger. You guys are the main elements and the rest of the guardians are not really a certain element. Their powers are kind of vague. Does that make sense? Your powers are meant to be concentrated."(Kakyuu)
Mina and Rei never heard of it like that. Or at least they chose not listen. But when Kakyuu said it...it was acceptable to say the most.
"Did you guys have a hard time?"(Kakyuu set the table)
"You have no idea...Or maybe you do. I don't know."(Rei)
"I do know. And I completely understand. But you know, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger right?"(Kakyuu served them their noodle soups)
"Thank you.."(Mina)
Kakyuu sat down at the table with them to continue talking.
Kakyuu's phone rang.
"Hello?"(Kakyuu)
Mina and Rei didn't hear the whole conversation. Only what princess was saying.
"Do you still have the girls?"(Henrique)
"Yes, they are still with me."(Kakyuu)
"Ok, thank you. I'll be there in a bit to pick Rei up."(Henrique)
"If you are hungry stop for dinner. They are still eating."(Kakyuu)
"Sure."(Henrique)
"And how about Hawk? Is he coming soon?"(Kakyuu)
"Yea, he'll come too."(Henrique)
"Alright. I'll prepare his meal as well. Good Bye"(Kakyuu)
"Henrique and Hawk are going to come by for dinner. Isn't that exciting?"(Kakyuu)
Mina and Rei didn't respond.
They just ate their soups.
Kakyuu smiled at how much they are enjoying their soups.

A knock on the door and Henrique and Hawk came inside.
"Hey kiddos! Did you have a good time?"(Henrique and Hawk sat at the table and started on their noodles)
"Thank you for the meal, Princess!"(Henrique)
"Oh please, just call me Kakyuu"(Kakyuu)
"Ok. Thank you for taking care of the girls. They look happy."(Hawk)
"Oh it was no problem at all. They were very sweet."(Kakyuu)

Rei made it to the apartment.
"Did you like being with her?"(Henrique)
"I did actually."(Rei)
"Good. Are you overwhelmed at all?"(Henrique)
"Yes..."(Rei)
"Do you want to stay out of everyone's way for now?"(Henrique)
"Yea. I just want to be alone with Mina. Only one other person. That's it."(Rei)
"Would you stay with the starlights."(Henrique)
"Heck no"(Rei)
"Why?"(Henrique)
"I don't knowww Henrique. I just want to sleep now."(Rei)
"Ok, fair enough."(Henrique)

Mina was on the living room of Hawk's apartment coloring.
"Mina. Did you have a good time with the princess?"(Hawk)
Mina was still concentrating on her drawing.
"Yes.."(Mina)
"Did you?"(Hawk)
"Yea. It wasn't bad. I like her."(Mina)
"That's great! Maybe she can be the puzzle piece that was missing for you to finally accept how you are and be happy about it."(Hawk)
"I don't know. The starlights being here definitely just made it worse."(Mina)
"Did they? Can't you just avoid them?"(Hawk)
"I can try. But they seem to like to bother people just like Amara and Michelle."(Mina)
"Do they? Well, it's because they care about you. Just ignore them."(Hawk)
"Sure.."(Mina)
