New Sailor Story

Episode 28: First time with the Guardians pt 1

Mina and Lita had already been sent to the ship of the guardians. 
They both had the heart of 'they were just going to do their job and get out of there'. 
Mina was more nervous than Lita so she definitely had a heart to constantly stay with Lita. 
Lita kept Mina behind her. 
They arrived in the ship and found what they always look for: A ledge to sit on. 
They sit on the ledge and talk to each other to assess the situation. 
"I'm really annoyed that they always choose me to go out first. It's like I'm the experimental goat. Well, I guess, I'm glad I can discover before you guys. I'd do anything to check anything for you guys"(Lita)
"They probably know that you are the strongest emotionally, because that's what I think."(Mina)
Lita and Mina smiled being glad that they are together. 
"Mina! Lita! Come down here! We are going to have a meeting."(Peter Quill)
They both fly down on the table that they were all standing around.
"So this is something you girls gotta know. I'm the captain here."(Peter Quill)
"No! I'm the captain! Don't listen to him. Girls, this is our next mission."(Rocket)
Mina and Lita rolled their eyes as Rocket and Quill go back and forth on this argument.
"Guys! Shut it! Just tell us the mission, Rocket."(Gamora)
"Heheheh."(Rocket)
Quill groans.
"So, we have to go to Xandar to investigate some sketchy things going on down there."(Rocket)
"Do we have any idea what is going on there?"(Drax)
"Someone came from another planet and is trying to steal something. There is some speculation that the descriptions of the thief matches Nebula"(Rocket)
"Oh, we can catch her. This will be easy."(Gamora)

Xandar
"So, you guys go around and look for someone or something stealing something."(Gamora tells the scouts)
"Ok"(Lita)
Mina and Lita fly around looking for any suspicious activity. 
They stop by a somewhat fancy building with weird letters on it. 
Mina flies lower. To look inside. 
Then she feels a sting and passes. 

Lita saw what happened and flew to the person that shot the tranquilizer at Mina. Now he had Mina in his hand.
She started sparking him with her lightning. 
He was reacting to the pain and then he found the resilience to aim and shoot her with the tranquilizer. 

Guardians 
They all go around together searching for the thief. 
"Guys, I'm not going to lie, this mission seems low compared to our other missions. I don't know why they need us. I feel like they are getting lazy to take care of their own problems."(Gamora)
"You know. I kind of agree, but after we get paid we will give them our opinions."(Rocket)
"I am groot."(Groot)
"How do you think the girls are doing?"(Drax)

Pet Shop on Xandar
Mina woke up groggily. 
"Hey."(A voice)
"Huh?"(Mina slowly blinks her eyes open)
Mina sees that a girl her size was talking to her.
Mina looks at her body. She has been untransformed! Now she's wearing a gray onesie.
"What's happening?"(Mina says shocked)
"You've been locked in here like the rest of us."
"Do you know where my friend is?"(Mina)
The girl pointed to the side.
Mina looked where she pointed. 
First thing Mina noticed when she pointed was that, she's locked in a plastic cage!
In another cage, there Lita was, still unconscious. 
"Do you know why we are here?"(Mina)
"Well, for one, that broker sells us as pets. My name is Flora by the way."(Flora)
"Sell us as pets?!"(Mina)
Mina checks her wrist. Her bracelet was gone!
Oh boy. She's in real trouble.
"What are you looking for? And also, what is your name?"(Flora)
"I'm Mina. I'm trying to look for my bracelet to try and break out of here."(Mina)
"Break out?"(Flora)
"Yes. With that bracelet I can fly and break this cage."(Mina)
"I'll be honest though, the owner here is nice. Most of us are pretty attached to him."(Flora)
"That doesn't matter! We don't belong here. We belong somewhere else!"(Mina says panicked)
"Well, the owner is nice, but he has a lot of rules, so it will be near impossible to escape from here."(Flora)
"Do you want to break out of here?"(Mina)
"I do, I would like freedom, but face it, it's dangerous for us."(Flora)
"How long have you been here?"(Mina)
"About two months."(Flora)
"And you're already used to it here?"(Mina)
"Precisely,"(Flora)
"Where did you come from?"(Mina)
"Well we have our own home on this planet, but it's been taken over by Xandarians."(Flora)
"That's terrible."(Mina)
"I mean they didn't kill us or anything to get their way. We don't cause them too much trouble, but now they definitely have the advantage to do what they want now."(Flora)
"I need to find the way out."(Mina)
"Well, the only way is for you to get adopted, and hope that the person that adopted you is willing to help you out. But from what I see, you and your friend are the more pricey ones. That may make it harder for you to get adopted."(Flora)
Mina sighs. 
Mina just sat on the edge of the cage and watched Lita and waited for her to wake up so that maybe they can come up with a plan. The worse thing that can happen now is if Mina gets adopted without Lita and the person who adopts her is a total witch or jerk.

Guardians
"Wow, we barely got paid anything for this mission."(Rocket)
"Rocket, be grateful, we are not in this for the money, Right?"(Quill obviously lying)
"Ok, we told them to take in to consideration for which mission to call us over for, now we have to go find the scouts."(Gamora)
"I am Groot"(Groot agrees)
