Snow on Broadway (🌿)

It was a cold morning in late October. Even though it was October, the ground was covered in snow, even though this story takes place on Broadway.

Many musicals inhabited Broadway, such as Come From Away, Something Rotten, Legally Blonde, Les Misérables, and even Be More Chill.

In Be More Chill, Jeremy and Michael were trying to walk to school, but the snow was slowing them down severely.

"This is ridiculous," said Jeremy. "This is Broadway, not... where does it snow in October?"

"Nowhere," his best friend replied. "Nowhere except Be More Chill on Broadway, I guess."

Jeremy cried silently. His tears froze before they hit the ground.

This problem affected each and every Broadway musical where people had to go to school, work or anywhere. Even Come From Away was disadvantaged, because the planes couldn't land in Newfoundland if Broadway was covered in all this snow for some reason.

On their way to school, the boyf riends saw a very young woman, a teenage girl perhaps, dying in the snow.

"Don't you fret monsieur Marius I don't feel any pain a little fall of snow can hardly hurt me now," sang Éponine, but the pacing was a lot better in real life than how I wrote it.

"SNOW???" asked Marius. He didn't even understand.

"Look around us, Marius. It's all snow."

Michael knelt by the scene. "Is she okay?"

"Tip-top shape," said Marius, but he knew she was dying and soon tears froze in his eyes.

"This is so fucked" said Jeremy.

The snow did do some musicals good, though. In The Addams Family, Fester didn't even need the ancestors to create a storm, because the snow prevented the Beinekes from leaving anyway. So he let them all go back to their graves early.

"Ok but this fucking sucks how are we supposed to leave the house," Mal said while Lucas, who didn't want to leave in the first place, was reeling.

"You're not," Fester said, but then some snow got in and everything fucking froze.

"When are we getting to school?" Jeremy sighed meanwhile in Be More Chill. "Michael get up stop."

"Excuse you Éponine just died."

"Yeah"

"Fine." Michael got up and they started going to school... but they took a wrong turn.

"'Snow' will make the flowers grow. That doesn't make any sense," Marius was still saying to himself as more tears froze in his eyes, pushing out the ones that were already there. They fell as two large chunks into the snow.

Trouble was happening, because even Charlie and the Chocolate Factory fell victim to the horrible snow, but Christian Borle was there which meant he couldn't go and be Emmett or Marvin or Shakespeare or Orin (actually Orin didn't matter because he wasn't on Broadway). Which meant that all those guys just disappeared.

In Something Rotten, everyone was shocked because not only was Shakespeare MIA, so was Bea. Heidi Blickenstaff was too busy being Alice in The Addams Family, because Carolee Carmello couldn't make it on account of the snow.

"This is such a bummer," said King Triton whom Norm Lewis was but he also had to be Javert because Terrence Mann had to be Mal who was currently fucking frozen.

"Such a bummer," said Canada.

"...What?" King Triton turned around. There, behind him under the sea (which was ice), was none other than Canada itself. "W-what are you doing here?"

Meanwhile, the kids from Be More Chill could not go to school because there was too much snow blocking the entrance. They could've frozen to death out there but they didn't.

"Why would you do this?" Jeremy asked Canada, looking toward the north.

"I didn't do it, I'm just here to watch," said Canada.

"Oh."

In Les Mis, Valjean had to drag Marius's body through the snow, which was a huge pain. But at least he didn't have any trouble getting past Javert, since Javert didn't exist anymore.

"I'm not dead stop," said Marius, even though Valjean was legit saving him.

"No but you can't see because of all the frozen ice in your eyes so I have to help you. Oh yeah also your injuries."

All the kids in Be More Chill had ice in their eyes as well because they couldn't get inside. Also the Addams and Beineke families were still fucking frozen.

"Well, Canada," sobbed Jeremy, "could you at least make it stop?"

"Why didn't you just say so? Yeah I can make it stop."

Suddenly the Be More Chill kids' eyes were flooded with real tears. Valjean and Marius swam through the melted snow. All the Borles came back again. The people in Come From Away came from away.

And peace was restored.
